The ideological and political course as a civic education curriculum,its basic task is to Rucker tree people,the purpose is to guide students to establish a correct political direction,cultivate social participation ability,ideological and political qualities laid the foundation for the lifelong development of students,the subject status of self-evident.The high school students are in the critical period of physical and mental development,and at the same time,they are also facing the pressure period of academic growth.When the special group of high school students plus the special subject of Ideological and political education,they give the unique and indispensable position and role of high school ideological and political lesson.However,in the senior high school students(this is refers to the ordinary high school students)group learning burnout phenomenon has become increasingly prominent,and the performance in the subject of the ideological and political prestige is not high,especially,if this situation is not addressed,not only for high school students to bring their own trouble,but also the class school,influence,development and even the whole society and the country.This article is based on the problem of solving this problem.This paper mainly uses the literature research method,survey method,field observation method research,through questionnaires and the analysis of the questionnaire,summed up the reasons causing high school ideological and political course learning burnout is multifaceted:because of the high school students themselves are awareness of the existence of deviation,lack of interest in learning;learning ability learning is not high,lack of confidence;setbacks due to the improper,negative coping styles;easily influenced by others,deep emotional difficulties,all of the above reasons.The reasons for teachers are mainly embodied in the concept of education,teaching methods and humanistic quality.The theory of the curriculum itself is strong,some content is divorced from reality,and the prestige of the subject is also low.At the same time,school learning pressure,assessment methods are single,political knowledge learning atmosphere is not strong,family education environment weakening and social environment are increasingly complex,which also has an impact on senior middle school students' learning burnout.Through the analysis of the causes,corresponding solutions are put forward from five aspects,including students,ideological and political teachers,ideological and political courses,schools and family social environment.Specifically,students should straighten up their academic knowledge,cultivate interest in learning,find ways to learn,enhance learning confidence,learn to correctly attribute,face frustration actively,learn to control themselves,and adjust their mindset in time.Political class teachers should improve their teaching ideas,teaching methods and their own quality.In the political course,we should pay attention to the development of the resources of teaching materials,contact the students'practice,and apply the hot spot of current politics.Schools should reduce the pressure of the class properly,build a scientific and rational evaluation system,and increase the practice course of Ideological and political.At the same time,we should pay attention to building a good atmosphere of family and purify the bad atmosphere of the society.
