Study On The Cultivation Of Students' Consciousness Of The Rule Of Law In The Moral And Law Courses Of Junior Middle School

Nowadays,the middle school students have always been one of the important educational objects in our country.The rural junior high school students in the underdeveloped areas of China are a large part of middle school students,and are one of the important participants in the construction of socialist rule of law in the future.Although China has accumulated rich experience in legal education for middle school students,and the concept of the rule of law for middle school students has been improved,but we should be aware that there are still many problems in legal education for middle school students in China at present,especially in rural areas,where the phenomenon of illegal crime is frequently occurring and becoming more serious.It is an urgent social problem to cultivate their legal consciousness and improve their legal consciousness.As the "main position" of law education in rural junior middle school,moral and rule of law course is responsible for helping students to master and apply legal knowledge,establish the concept of law,have the emotion of law,and strengthen the faith of law.To strengthen the cultivation of rural ethics and the rule of law in students 'awareness of the rule of law,and to enhance the awareness of the rule of law among rural youth,will help them to exercise their rights and fulfill their obligations in accordance with the law in their lives,strictly observe the moral bottom line,uphold fairness and justice,and be faithful admirers of socialist rule of law,conscientious abides and determined defenders.In addition,it is beneficial to the healthy growth of rural youth,to the training of qualified socialist citizens,to the speedy promotion of the rule of law and to the construction of a socialist country with China characteristics under the rule of law.Based on the objective situation of strengthening the cultivation of students 'awareness of the rule of law in the rural ethics and rule of law course,this paper adopts the methods of literature and systematic research,and from the connotation of the awareness of the rule of law,expounds the significance of rural ethics and the rule of law class for the cultivation of students' awareness of the rule of law,and focuses on the countermeasures to the cultivation of the awareness of the rule of law in the rural ethics and rule of law course.The body of this thesis consists of three parts,which are summarized as follows:The first part: the overview of the consciousness of law.Firstly,it expounds the related concepts of legal consciousness,including legal consciousness,legal consciousness,legal consciousness and legal consciousness.This paper mainly expounds some views of the academic community.Secondly,the constitution of legal consciousness literacy is briefly described.This paper mainly discusses three aspects of legal cognition literacy,legal thinking literacy and legal belief literacy.Finally,the characteristics of legal consciousness literacy are discussed.It is mainly discussed from four aspects: the cultivation idea of legal consciousness literacy has the times,the goal of legal consciousness literacy has the explicitness,the content of legal consciousness literacy has the comprehensiveness and the method of legal consciousness literacy has the diversity.The elaboration of this part constitutes the theoretical premise of this paper.The second part: The significance of the moral and rule of law course in rural junior middle school to the students 'legal literacy training.Firstly,the necessity of legal literacy training for rural junior middle school students is analyzed.This paper analyzes the content requirement of cultivating junior middle school students 'consciousness of law from moral and rule of law course,the inherent choice of moral education and rule of law education,and the condition and guarantee of rural middle school students' healthy growth.Secondly,this paper analyzes the importance of rural junior high school ethics and rule of law to the cultivation of rural junior high school consciousness.This paper analyzes the three aspects of building socialist rule of law in China,promoting the comprehensive development of rural junior high school students and strengthening the reform and development of rural ethics and rule of law curriculum.The analysis of this part constitutes the theoretical basis of this paper and reveals the practical significance of this research.The third part: the rural ethics and the rule of law course to the students of legal consciousness cultivation strategy.First,set up a new concept of teaching,that is to insist on "student-oriented";Insist on the integration of three-dimensional targets;Adhere to the link between teaching and practical life;Adhere to the principle of teaching according to merit.Second,enrich teaching content.It is necessary to make full use of the curriculum resources on the awareness of the rule of law in the teaching materials,to rationally develop the school-based curriculum on the awareness of the rule of law and to effectively utilize the information resources of the media.Third,optimize teaching methods.Teachers should choose classroom teaching method flexibly,combine teaching practice to carry out the characteristic extracurricular practice activity,pay attention to the law education and moral education and psychological education.Finally,rule of law education in the curriculum is integrated with other educational approaches.The rule of law education in the curriculum should not only combine with social rule of law education,but also with family rule of law education.The exploration of this part constitutes the core content of this article,which is the focus,difficulty,innovation point and landing point.Rural junior middle school is an important part of future builders in our country.It is the important task of rural moral and rule of law course to cultivate rural junior high school students 'consciousness of law.The cultivation of rural junior middle school students 'consciousness of the rule of law should not only draw lessons from the theoretical research of experts and scholars,but also combine the teaching experience and practical achievements of the teachers in rural areas to explore the effective countermeasures to cultivate the consciousness of the rule of law.
