An Establishment And Empirical Study Of Evaluation System Of Public Physical Education Teacher’ Professional Ability

It is more and more widely recognized by people that developing educational evaluation focuses onteacher’s individual evaluation. But it is new problems that how to combine the advanced concepts ofdevelopment-oriented evaluation of public physical education in universities in China with the actualsituation of theirs teachers. Some domestic scholars made some related research on college PE teachers’evaluation, but only involved in the individual profession ability, the evaluation methods mainly adopts thequantitative analysis of the index.In this article, I use the method of literature, questionnaire and experimental method, mathematicalstatistics and logic analysis to analyse the current situation of Henan province university public physicaleducational teachers’ evaluation.Through the guidance of many experts and scholars in reference forresearch and development of the teacher evaluation concept, define the public physical education teacherscollege profession ability concept further.In terms of the school sports activities, on the basis of accuratelygrasping the profession scope and the inner rules of public physical education teachers in colleges anduniversities, I combinationally construct the quantitative evaluation of the public physical educationteachers college profession ability evaluation system.It sets up eight primary index (including44level2index) of university public physical educationteachers profession capability evaluation index system;After a semester of evaluation, for the establishment of an empirical study on the evaluation system,the results showed that by using the rating system could be fully and truly on the public physical educationteachers’ professional ability of effective value judgment, the teachers who participate in the evaluation ofprofessional ability indeed got different aspects of improving and the experts, leadership and teachers whoparticipate in the evaluation activities all think highly of it.
