Study On The Present Situation Of Amateur Volleyball League In Beijing

With the Chinese women's volleyball team won the World Cup and the Olympic Games Championships in recent years,increasing awareness of volleyball.Now in the context of national fitness,provinces and increasing number of volleyball,volleyball in Beijing city atmosphere thicker.Amateur volleyball league is maturity and development is an integral part of the culture,the difference between amateur and professional in China is obvious,but from most of the developed countries in volleyball or other big projects,particularly the development of football,amateur and professional standards are the future sports development trend,Amateur volleyball League also needs to have professional standards of construction,to measure,which is law in mature sports in the world.Amateur volleyball in Beijing's rapid development,the increasing number of amateur volleyball tournament,especially held in Beijing between September 2015 to 10 amateur volleyball League needs the first systematic,scientific research,and to better contribute to the development of amateur volleyball,provides plan.In this paper,through literature,expert interviews,questionnaire surveys for amateur volleyball in Beijing on the status of the investigation,points out the League existed problems and countermeasure of sustainable development in the process,in order to carry out real good of amateur volleyball tournament in Beijing based on countermeasures.Through research draws the following conclusions:1 amateur volleyball League,Beijing not only to enhance the standard of local amateur volleyball teams also expanded the influence of volleyball,increase the number of people participating in the volleyball,but also raise the city sports,deepened the city's cultural heritage;2 Beijing amateur volleyball league with clear objectives,organization improved,on athlete eligibility,competition means,integral methods according to the amateur team competition has been adjusted,and has explained in detail and provides,and can basically meet the needs of organized amateur competitions;3 Beijing funded most of the amateur volleyball team raised,training places to pay for the stadium and the University campus,and most teams do not have detailed training programmes,experience-oriented,basically entry twice a year,2-3 days a week,training arrangements for more than 2 hours at a time;4 Beijing mostly male participants in the Amateur League players,diversity training purposes,no volleyball ranks number,6-10 years Pro of the year,and young adult participation in most occupation with the company staff and the institution most middle-income majority and there is no gender differences;5 Beijing amateur volleyball league there is propaganda too close,the competition process will lead athletes lack entry form mixed-sex is not rational and problem of lack of commercial operation results in events organization and too dull;from event information,eligibility and format changes,the introduction of commercial operation,Difference between process of arranging competitions and other ways to solve the problem.
