As an important measure to promote the reform and innovation of sports,the 13 th National Games added mass competition items,and air volleyball,as the first item in our country,was brought into the mass event competition of the National Games.With the holding of a series of "I want to go to the National Games" in various provinces and cities,a variety of air volleyball competitions ensued,and air volleyball set off a new sports climax.July 16,2017.Beijing’s third Amateur Volleyball League has also set up a Volleyball Group for the first time to encourage major amateur volleyball clubs to take part in the competition for the first time.As a result,air volleyball has gradually entered people’s field of vision and attracted people from all walks of life.The more attention you pay.In this paper,the resource utilization of Beijing amateur air volleyball club is selected as the research object,and a series of research methods,including the method of literature,are used to carry out the research,and through the form of questionnaire survey,This paper studies the utilization of resources of Beijing Amateur Air Volleyball Club,and puts forward some corresponding solutions to the existing problems,so as to provide reference for the decision-making of sports management departments in Beijing.And for the development of amateur air volleyball club to provide help.The conclusions are as follows:1.According to different funding channels,the Beijing Amateur Air Volleyball Club can be divided into two types.That is,unit amateur volleyball club(hereinafter referred to as unit club)and social amateur volleyball club(hereinafter referred to as social club);The amateur volleyball club in Beijing is generally in the primary stage of development,and its scale is mainly small and medium-sized clubs with about 20 people.Most clubs are not registered.2,the club manager is mostly the founder of the team,their age is between 40 and 50 years old;most of their education is concentrated in college and undergraduate,most of them lack the study of sports management;the purpose of forming the team is The main purpose of this paper is to exercise and entertain.The unit club is funded by the unit to employ a full-time coach,most of the coaches of the social club are held by the players with outstanding skills,most of the coaches are over 50 years of age.Most coaches have not participated in coach training,most of the years of coaching in 1-2 years,lack of coaching experience.Club members will exercise as the first priority to participate in air volleyball,consistent with the club’s business philosophy;Enterprises and institutions setup clubs and organize employees to participate in activities according to the wishes of their employees,while the members of social clubs are mostly introduced by friends.3,the number of venues owned by unit clubs The amount is 1 to 2 yuan,while the social club is leased to the stadium contractor on a monthly or annual basis.4,the daily activities of the unit club are mainly funded by the unit,while most of the social club funds mainly come from the membership fee.The rental of venue and equipment and the registration fee of competition are the main uses of club expenditure,followed by the purchase of competition equipment.5,the construction of information platform of relevant sports departments in Beijing is derailed with the times,and the club propaganda channel is single.Countermeasures for the utilization and development of resources of amateur gas volleyball clubs in Beijing: 1.The government should pay full attention to the importance of air volleyball in the national fitness plan,and correctly handle the relationship between the administrative management of the government and the socialization of amateur gas clubs.Deal with the relationship between economic effect and social effect of air volleyball,deal with the relationship between unit type and social amateur air volleyball club,and promote the optimal utilization of club resources.2,The government should issue perfect policies and regulations from the legal aspect,increase the support to the amateur air volleyball club,optimize the human resource structure of the club,promote the good,healthy and sustainable development of the club.3,encourage Schools and enterprises and institutions open stadiums and gymnasiums to the outside world,reduce the idleness of venues and facilities,and improve the utilization rate of venues;The relevant sports departments may consider establishing a coordinating body and a service platform for the sharing of resources for national fitness facilities,so as to improve the convenience of each unit and departments renting sports venues with each other,without increasing government investment.Realize the sharing of site resources,effectively improve the utilization rate of site resources.4,constantly broaden the funding channels.First,the relevant government management departments should give certain support from the policy level;second,amateur air volleyball clubs should set up corresponding departments(such as the market development department)that connect with enterprises to actively find out.5.Create the network information service platform of amateur air volleyball club,and regularly push the dynamics of air volleyball and the arrangement of recent activities of air volleyball club to the ordinary people who are interested in this sport.At the same time,we began tocommunicate on the service platform,so that more people could participate in the discussion of air volleyball,increase the popularity of air volleyball in the interaction,and expand the influence of amateur air volleyball club.
