Content:At present,it is the middle and critical period for the implementation of China's "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan".The government has actively adjusted and innovated the economic structure,implemented scientific and technological support as an important part of the package plan,substantially increased the investment in science and technology,and promoted technological transformation.The graduates of secondary vocational schools have become front-line workers in the industry.The skill level of secondary vocational students is directly related to the quality of the enterprise's products and is more related to the development of the national economy.To improve the quality of professional education must be implemented to teachers.Without a high-quality teacher team,the quality of vocational education cannot be discussed.As the research object of this study,the Z vocational school is a regional-level key vocational middle school.After experiencing the school's scale of school running and hardware facilities,it is among the best in North China.The school has strong teaching staff,high education and teaching quality,and good results in personnel training.It has delivered a large number of skilled talents for the economic and social development of the region and effectively promoted the economic prosperity and development of the region.Therefore,the purpose of the research on the teaching staff of the Z vocational school is to find out the problems existing in the construction of the teaching staff through a large number of actual survey data,and put forward effective suggestions for improvement.This research uses relevant literature data as the basis for the research.It uses a specific Z vocational school for secondary vocational schools as the research object,and combines the questionnaires and interviews to investigate the current situation,practices,and other aspects of the teaching staff.Conduct comprehensive and in-depth research.Obtained comprehensive first-hand information for use in this study,the survey data is real and reliable,and has research value.The present study comprehensively analyzes the status quo of teachers in the Z vocational schools,not only to find their problems,but more importantly,points out the development advantages in the status quo of teachers in the Z vocational schools and avoids ignoring school-specific issues in order to discover problems.The actual situation has strong practical significance.To a certain extent,it can promote the improvement of the teaching quality of the vocational schools in the region.It has a certain reference value for the construction of the teaching staff of secondary vocational education in our country,and it supplements the relevant theoretical system of the construction of the teaching staff of the secondary vocational schools in China.This study is divided into five parts.The first part mainly defines the research objectives and research significance,defines the relevant core concepts,the domestic research status in the literature review and the current status of foreign research,and determines the research ideas and methods as well as the research content.The second part is on the basis of consulting literature,studying the theoretical basis of the construction of the teaching staff in secondary vocational schools.It includes motivation theory,human capital theory,teacher professional development theory and system theory.The third part is the data obtained through surveys and the form of interviews,as well as the data analysis and collation.Investigate the structure of Z's vocational teaching staff,the quality of the teaching staff,the “double-qualified” faculty,the management of the faculty,the overall goal of the faculty building,and the school's faculty development measures.The analysis concludes the current status of the faculty's advantages.The fourth part has five major aspects and specific deficiencies,including the school teachers' structure,the quality of the teaching staff,the "double-qualified" team,teacher training and training issues.Due to the fact that the school's teaching staff is well managed and researched,there are only problems with the phenomenon of job burnout in the management of teachers.The fifth part deals with the problems identified,come up with concrete and reasonable suggestions for improvement,mainly from changing the unreasonable structure of the teaching staff in Z Vocational Schools,improving the quality of school teachers,strengthening the construction of “dual-qualified” teachers,building a scientific teacher training system,and building a perfect management system.
