Secondary vocational education is the important part of the vocational education system in our country,and vigorously develop secondary vocational education is an urgent need of China's industrialization and modernization.Deepening the reform of secondary vocational education is the inevitable choice of national implementation of the strategy relying on science and education,and it is an important measure to promote sustainable economic and social development.It also has the vital significance to enhance the international competitiveness.Moreover,It has an irreplaceable role in promoting the overall construction of a well-off society in China and speeding up the cause of socialist modernization.It also plays a huge promoting role of meeting the economic and social transformation and industrial,of meeting the needs of practical,technical talents,of constantly improving the professional ability and the comprehensive quality of the workers.As a secondary vocational school foe producing high quality workers and skilled technical personnel for the first production line.Due to the construction of the teachers team,the trained personnel,either in quantity or in quality are far from the social needs.To study the secondary vocational school construction of "double type" teachers,it not only has the strong theoretical significance for the construction of teachers' team,but also has a strong practical significance in secondary vocational school teachers team construction work.This paper expounds and explains the concepts and connotation of education,“double type” teachers and their team construction based on the further study of secondary vocational education theory research and practical experience at home and abroad.In the secondary vocational school as a case of G,the paper studied by adopting the combination of questionnaire and interview survey,on the "double type" teachers team construction of the scale,structure,professionalism,talent cultivation and introduction,training system,incentive mechanism,strengthen moral standards of and problems existing in the evaluation and welfare treatment.As Excel for statistical and analytical tools,by using the method of comparative analysis,find out the problem,based on the human resources management theory,the teacher professional development theory and incentive theory.In this paper,the author puts forward the countermeasures for the construction of the “double-type” teachers from the government,society,school and individual four aspects.Especially to give full play to private school system and mechanism of advantage,effective integration of industry and enterprise software and hardware resources.On the basis of teacher's ethics strengthen construction,deepening the predominantly university-enterprisecooperation multivariate main body participation in school-running pattern formation,through the introduction and training of psychiatry fusion "double type" teachers,improve teacher evaluation system,improving teachers' welfare,build a solid professional theoretical knowledge and strong practice ability of "double type" teachers.This study is of great theoretical guidance and practice for the "double-type" teachers' team construction.
