Students’ key competencies refer to the essential character and key ability that students should have,which can adapt to the needs of lifelong development and social development.School-based curriculum refers to the sum of the curriculum developed according to the actual situation of the school,teachers and students.There is a close relationship between key competencies and school-based curriculum,which is embodied in four aspects.First,both core literacy and school-based curriculum embody humanity.Second,core accomplishment is the DNA of school-based curriculum development.Third,the development of core literacy needs to take school-based curriculum as the carrier.Fourthly,the development of school-based curriculum should aim at core quality.Therefore,it is scientific and operable to develop students’ core literacy by using school-based curriculum or to construct school-based curriculum system by using the core literacy.Q Primary School has been established for more than ten years,and the school-based curriculum system has been developing continuously.It has transformed from the discipline-based construction idea at the beginning of the school to the one based on core literacy.The survey found that the school-based curriculum of Q Primary School still has some areas worthy of improvement,specifically manifested in the lack of attention to core literacy in the curriculum planning.The curriculum design lacks the attention to the curriculum quality;the implementation of the curriculum is lack of attention to the actual effect;the curriculum evaluation lacks the attention to the scientific development;the curriculum guarantee lacks the attention to the teacher’s will and ability.In order to develop students’ key competencies and improve the quality and efficiency of school-based curriculum,this research puts forward four principles of optimizing school-based curriculum system based on core literacy,namely systematic principle,uniqueness principle,practicality principle.On that basis,this research proposed a key competencies-oriented school-based curriculum model of primary school.And it is optimized from the following four aspects,first,to focus on core literacy and optimize course planning;second,to improve the quality of the course and optimize the course design;third,to pay attention to the implementation process and optimize the course implementation;fourth,to correct the evaluation idea and optimize the course evaluation;last but not least,we will improve the quality of teachers and improve curriculum support.
