As the research on key competencies is becoming more and more enthusiastic in China,the research direction of school-based curriculum development,which is a major highlight of the curriculum reform,directly points to the key competencies of the students at the present stage,and the primary and secondary schools around the country have opened the practice exploration of the school-based curriculum development around the key competencies.This study selects a primary school in Ningbo as a case school,and explores the following three questions: why should school based curriculum development activities be carried out around key competencies? How to carry out school-based curriculum development activities based on key competencies? How does a case school develop its school-based curriculum based on key competencies? What experience do you have?In view of the above problems,this research builds an analysis framework of school-based curriculum development based on key competencies,and puts forward six steps: building school based curriculum development team,school demand assessment,establishing school based curriculum objectives,making school-based curriculum plan,implementing school-based curriculum plan,evaluation and perfecting school-based curriculum plan.Suddenly.Under the support of the theoretical framework,through the research methods such as observation,interview and literature analysis,this paper analyzes the origin,process and effect of the school-based curriculum development in case schools,summarizes the effective experience and puts forward some thoughts.First,school based curriculum development should focus on curriculum transformation of key competencies,attach importance to match between curriculum and objectives,and penetrate key competencies in curriculum implementation.Two,in the course evaluation,we should pay attention to the individual differences in the students' learning needs.The students' learning needs are combined with the social needs,and the curriculum evaluation based on the needs of the students runs through the whole course of the school-based curriculum development.The three is to implement the teacher's practice based on the curriculum outline,improve the teacher's ability to write the curriculum outline,strengthen the cooperation of the multiple subjects,and pay attention to the reflection after the curriculum practice.
