Education is a career around the life.Life is the soul of education,the education break away from life is like a pool of stagnant water,no vitality,so how can we develop a lively life? Therefore,"Life Education" has come into our education teaching and life,people began to look at the growth of students from the perspective of life,advocate education should return to life,pay attention to the development of students' life.In such voice,we seem to ignore the concerns of teachers' lives.This paper attempts to explore the quality of life for the teachers,because teachers are the protective and mentor to train the next generation,the development of teachers affects the growth of students.In the present,education's utilitarianism and instrumentalism,the lack of humanistic spirit and the single way of education make the teachers ignore the integrity and harmony of life under the pressure of life and work.It is hoped that this article can arouse the teachers attention to the consciousness of life,so that teachers can constantly reflect on themselves in their career,and make their life state into a new height.And then focus on the life world of students,make the life education plays an important role in the growth of students,make the teachers find the meaning and value of life in their work and life.This paper is composed of four parts:The first part is the introduction of this paper.Mainly consist of: the causes of the selection of the subject,purpose and significance of the study,the review about professional development of teachers at home and abroad research,in the meanwhile,also summarized the related concepts,this paper expounds the research methods and innovation.The second part mainly discusses the teachers' demand of quality structure which is full of the meaning of life.The thought of life education is an important idea of this paper,which mainly explains the connotation and development of life education,and summarizes the teachers' professional development and teachers' quality structure.On this basis,the paper puts forward the requirements of teachers' professional quality structure,including: Teachers' emotional quality,teachers' knowledge quality andteachers' ability quality.The third part mainly discusses the deviation and origin of teachers' quality structure and life education theory.Mainly in four aspects: first,the lack of teachers' life value;second,teachers' teaching beliefs forgotten;third,the loss of teachers' autonomy;the fourth,teachers' happiness digestion.The fourth part mainly explains the development way of teachers structure in the perspective of life education.This part is mainly based on the content and requirements in the second part to proposed.First of all,described the three aspect contents from the teachers' emotional awareness: first,establish a sense of life,caring teachers and students;second,improve teachers' quality,training of teachers' education wisdom;third,understand the life potential,arouse teachers' creativity.Then,from the aspects of teachers' knowledge structure to expound the content in two ways: first,to accurately understand the concept of life education,stimulate the teachers' independent development;the second,to coordinate the knowledge of life education and the other disciplinary knowledge,and to promote the development of discipline.Finally,to expound from the aspect of teachers' ability structure: first,to improve teachers' communication ability;the second,to improve teachers' reflective ability;the third,to improve the teachers' management ability.
