Study On Countermeasures And Problems For Balanced Development Of Compulsory Education For NK District In Tianjin

The balanced development of compulsory education is the basic idea and general trend of the development of education in the world today.It is a basic idea and strategic choice for the reform of basic education in our country.However,there is a big gap between the level of the development of compulsory education in our country.It is not only detrimental to the construction of our harmonious society,but also against the realization of social justice.In view of the actual situation of education in NK district of Tianjin,this paper explores how to change the current situation of unbalanced education into a healthy development strategy of balanced education in the county-level region with unbalanced development of education,so as to promote the balance of compulsory education for a wider range.Through the analysis and evaluation for balanced development of compulsory education in NK district,the author tries to summarize the general law by analyzing the present situation.Firstly,through the questions and interview survey,the author analyzes the balanced development of compulsory education in NK district from the aspects of overall development level and inter-school difference.Then,the present situation of the development of compulsory education in NK district is comprehensively interpreted and introduced.The measures taken by the NK district to protect and enhance the development of compulsory education are analyzed from five aspects.The results show that the balanced development of compulsory education in NK district is generally at a general level and the public satisfaction is not high.The gap between urban and rural areas is decreasing year by year,but the differences between different schools are not decreasing.The differences among schools are not small and the coefficient of difference is not very low.In short,the compulsory development of compulsory education in the NK district is not acceptable,from the requirements of high quality and balance there is still a certain gap.Based on this article proposed to master theprogress of the work and the actual difficulties encountered;to speed up the pace of standardization of school construction;the formation of three-dimensional model;to enhance the school "soft power";the establishment of rewards and punishments and supervision mechanisms to solve the balanced development of education bottlenecks;The development of educational philosophy,increase the construction of strong areas of education;establish and improve the education supervision and evaluation mechanism;conscientiously perform their duties,together to promote education and other areas of compulsory education of NK quality balanced development measures.
