Main Line,We will increase total factor productivity and work to speed up the building of an industrial system in which the real economy,scientific and technological innovation,modern finance and human resources develop in concert.Speeding up the construction of the manufacturing power,developing the advanced manufacturing industry,cultivating the world-class advanced manufacturing cluster;Giving priority to the development of education,building a powerful educational country and speeding up the modernization of education;We will firmly implement the innovation-driven strategy and build an innovative country.Manufacturing industry is the main body of the national economy,the foundation of nation-building,the foundation of national prosperity and the foundation of strengthening the country.At present,the problem of China's manufacturing industry development is still emerging,structural contradictions are still prominent,some industries are overcapacity is serious,the growth of new industries is restricted by many factors,the real economy is more difficult,and the only way out of the predicament is unswervingly taking the path of transformation,upgrading and development.At present,China should fundamentally revitalize the real economy,it is to focus on the supply-side structural reform,deeply implement the innovation-driven development strategy,cultivate and strengthen the new impetus of the manufacturing industry development,and promote the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry.In recent years,the transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing industry has made remarkable achievements in the world,and at the same time,it has encountered the bottleneck of talent supply.We find that most of the government's policies focus on promoting the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry and treating the supply of talent simply and mechanically as a measure to serve them,It ignores the need of the talent supply side reform itself and the synergy between the manufacturing sector transformation and upgrading and the talent supply side reform,which makes the supply of talent skills and quality lag behind the demand of the manufacturing industry transformation and upgrading at present.In order to improve the synergy and dynamic adaptability of the transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing industry and the supply-side reform of talents,the bottleneck of the supply of talents faced by China's manufacturing industry in the process of transformation and upgrading is resolved,Based on the previous research,this paper aims to discuss how to realize the talent supply side reform and the manufacturing industry transformation and upgrading coordinated development in China.Based on evidence-based perspective,this paper comprehensively collects effective evidence to analyze the problems of manufacturing transformation and upgrading and the synergy of talent supply-side reform in China.At the same time,the paper uses the compound system synergy model to evaluate the synergy between the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry and the supply of human resources,thus providing a reference solution,and as a starting point,it provides suggestions for the construction of the powerful manufacturing country and the powerful human resource country in China.This paper is divided into five parts,the first chapter of the introduction part of the thesis topic background,research significance to make a brief introduction,the domestic and international academic research status were reviewed.It also explains the research methods,difficulties and innovations.The second chapter gives the definition of related concepts and the summary of theoretical basis,including manufacturing industry transformation and upgrading,talent supply side reform,smile theory,synergy theory and so on.The third chapter introduces the status quo of transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry and personnel supply-side reform.Chapter IV appraises and analyses the synergy between the transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing industry and the supply-side reform of talents.Based on the existing framework of indicators,a large number of adopted research is designed,The system layer,the target layer,the criterion layer,the topic layer,the index layer,the index system,is constructed by the principal component analysis method.this paper will according to the existing "composite system synergy model" based on the synergy theory,That is to establish the function function,to establish the weight of evaluation index,to establish the fit function and to determine the classification standard of fit degree,to draw the cooperation degree between the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry and the supply of talents in china.on the basis of this,the synergy degree between the two is analyzed with the evaluation of the situation of our country.The fifth chapter puts forward some policy suggestions based on the problems of manufacturing industry transformation and upgrading and talent supply coordination in our country at present.
