| Under the structural reform of higher education supply side is the new normal important areas to push forward the reform of economic and social comprehensive,actively carry out the supply side is structural reforms in colleges and universities to adapt to the inevitable choice of economic and social development needs.For local colleges and universities,how to actively transform and develop under the guidance of supply-side structural reform is an important task that must be faced and urgently needed to be solved.The core issue of this paper is: how can local colleges and universities achieve transformation and development in connection with supply-side reform? Aiming at this core problem,this paper studies from the following three aspects:First,the relationship between the supply-side structural reform and the transformation and development of local colleges and universities.In this part,we first analyze the supply-side structural reform and the two key words of local universities.According to the literature analysis,to the transformation of local undergraduate colleges and universities development necessity interpreting policy,the two aspects of theory,to discover the supply side structural reform and the development of the local undergraduate colleges transformation relations.Third,the route choice of the transformation development of local undergraduate colleges.This chapter puts forward countermeasures to the structural problems encountered in the transformation and development of local universities,such as adjusting curriculum and teaching structure,and improving the comprehensive quality of graduates.Optimizing the structure of the teaching staff and promoting the transformation of scientific research achievements;We should adjust the professional structure of the subject and face the needs of the social industry,so as to promote the structural reform of local undergraduate institutions and realize the transformation and development. |
