Research On Innovation Entrepreneurship Education In Higher Vocational Colleges In Hebei Province

In the strategic background and to build an innovation-oriented country "public entrepreneurship,peoples innovation","job creation and encourage entrepreneurship to create more employment opportunities," the support of national policy,institutions of higher learning pay more and more attention to students' innovative ability,the cultivation of the innovation,critical thinking and practical ability.College students' entrepreneurship as an important engine to promote economic development and social progress,to promote graduates employment,adjusting economic structure,improve the ability of independent innovation,building an innovative country plays an important role.Mass entrepreneurship is the origin and development of the rich people.At present,China's economic development has entered a new normal,presented the many new features,heading towards structure more reasonable and more advanced stage of evolution,the graduates of entrepreneurial innovation,to provide the conditions,platforms and supporting services,is the important measures to effectively promote the employment of university graduates,and higher education to adapt to the new normal economy,to realize the sustainable development of their own reality.Innovation in colleges and universities entrepreneurship education has become a growing university graduates employment pressure,the important way to improve graduates employment ability,as a new starting point of our country university personnel training mode.Entrepreneurship education requirements by the successor of the knowledge innovation and job applicants,transformed into knowledge and wealth creators,need to change the traditional pattern of education in university,to break through the confine of course teaching.In the introduction part of this paper,the purpose and significance of this study are presented,and the current situation of domestic and foreign research and research ideas and research methods are presented.In the first chapter,the paper introduces the innovation of entrepreneurship education in vocational college some basic concepts and main content are related concept definition,the characteristics of the students in higher vocational colleges,thecharacteristics of the creative education,and higher vocational colleges from innovation entrepreneurship education effectively alleviate the need of higher vocational college graduates employment pressure and entrepreneurial innovation education is to improve students' comprehensive quality needs two aspects discusses the necessity of constructing innovative entrepreneurial education in higher vocational colleges;This paper discusses the feasibility of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges from the characteristics of higher vocational students and the successful experience abroad.The second chapter describes the actual situation of the survey of teachers and students in seven vocational colleges in hebei province through questionnaires and interviews.Chapter three analyzes the existing problems and deep causes of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges in hebei province according to the situation of field investigation.The fourth chapter from set up the scientific innovation entrepreneurship education idea,build reasonable innovation entrepreneurship education course system,strengthening the construction of innovative entrepreneurial faculty,cultivating entrepreneurial campus cultural atmosphere,strengthen the integration and optimization to supervise production and education assessment six aspects put forward the innovation of higher vocational colleges in hebei province entrepreneurship education benign and healthy development of the proposal.
