Research On The Cultivation And Practice Of Educational Sharing And Development In Minority Areas

In October 2015,the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee put forward the concept of shared development,which is emphasizing the need of improving the quality of education,promoting the balanced development of compulsory education and aiming to realize the full coverage of students with financial difficulties.It can be found that the fulfillment of education sharing development is becoming a hot topic among social concerns and it is also imperative to cultivate and practice the concept of education sharing development.However,the sharing of educational resources still faces many difficulties and tough challenges.Many people are skeptical about the development of education sharing.As a result,this papertries to call for rooted research among the academic circles.The promotion of the concept of educationa sharing development around people is of great significance On the inhancement of the quality of local education and the improvement of the comprehensive development of people.The fulfillment of education sharing is of great value.Due to the limited resources in Xiangxi minority areas,the problems of inferior teachers with small numbers and insufficient integration of limited educational resources are serious.It appears the phenomenon which includes the lack of integration on the limited educational resources,scattered force and overlapping waste.There exsited four dilemmas encompassing the impediment of local education sharing development,decrease of the education sharing degree,reduction of publicity efforts of education sharing,and the limitation of the development of education sharing.Meanwhile,this paper analyzes the reasons in four perspectives,namely,the weak economic base,inadequate attention on education,teachers' instability and backward environmental.With the aim to guide social member to attach importance to the education sharing development in ethnic areas,it is vital to incease the education budget in ethnic areas,stablize its economic base,improve the traditional concept in ethnic areas,strengthen the more attentions.By enlisting such four measures as upgrading the quality of teachers in ethnic areas,enhancing teachers' gurantee,optimizing the national environment construction and uplifting the education environment,the paper proposes specific path tofulfill the development of education sharing in ethnic areas,and highlight the value of education sharing development.
