In the twenties and thirties of the twentieth century,China’s rural areas were declining.Advanced intellectuals to social groups as the basis,to join the rural revival movement,many rural construction model came into being.China Vocational Education Society to promote vocational education for the job,to carry out rural education had a unique idea,unique in the rural construction movement.Farmers’ livelihoods were the primary problem in rural areas.Vocational Education was committed to popularizing rural education,guiding them to make a living,and developing rural economy.In the XuGongqiao Township area,the education system was to guide the organs,through the way of education,local conditions,all-round improvement of the villagers life,this rural education was essentially local life education.The improvement experiment of Chinese vocational education institute in XuGongqiao showed the characteristics of localization and life of modern vocational education.In the rural areas to improve the role of personnel positioning,vocational education to their own as the "theater of the guest",with their own experience to help XuGongqiao villagers to rural transformation,to set an example,with personality quality to influence them,to obtain their trust;Adhere to the concept of local villagers,selected a number of outstanding local talent to improve their ability to manage their own villages to promote the sustainable development of the country.Vocational Education Society to "rich and holy" as XuGongqiao experimental area of the construction goals,to take a variety of educational channels.The establishment of cooperatives and the delineation of special farmland had cultivated the sense of cooperation of the villagers and improved the depression of the rural economy.Vocational education and social education to solve the livelihood of the villagers to promote the livelihood of the new farmers,farm tools,pilot new sideline,not only to improve agricultural production,but also for the rural economy to provide a multi-dimensional development path.The opening of the people’s education,the indoctrination of the rural creed,and the cultural level of the villagers as a whole.The six years of XuGongqiao basically reached the goal of the autonomy of the township:the tenancy relationship has improved,the national personality in the national crisis was highlighted,the village presented poetry,family affection and neighborhood justice and inheritance and recreation,entertainment,leisure Diversification.Under the influence of modern civilization,the concept of customs and customs of XuGongqiao Township,hygiene awareness and life timing have also been improved.Vocational Education Commission to carry out the construction of XuGongqiao rural construction activities,was a fusion of localized and life of rural education.The status of the villagers became the characteristics of localization of vocational education.All aspects of the improvement activities covered the daily life of the villagers,living in the vocational education of the vision of modern life.
