With the rapid development of knowledge-based economy,leading talents become more and more necessary.Some of the domestic universities started to carry out the leadership education for college students in the form of setting up relevant courses and seminars,but got little effect owing to its indoctrination in education.In recent years,cultivating student with high-quality leadership by improving teachers' leadership has attracted widely interests in many countries as result of college teachers are the most closely connected groups to college students,and teachers' leadership can influence students through their daily communication.Additionally,more and more educational practitioners and academic researchers realize that the leadership model only relying on formal leaders such as principals to promote the development of school is not very effective.Therefore,it is necessary to bring common teachers into school's management.In the perspective of distributed leadership,the teacher's leadership is a comprehensive influence force of teacher to other members of the event,which is based on the teacher's professional authority and personality charisma.Common teachers can be leaders in different task situations.Improving leadership of university teachers not only can promote their own professional development,but also has advantages to the training of leading talent in colleges and improve the management efficiency of the school.In this condition,to research university teacher's leadership in the perspective of distributed leadership is particularly important.In this study,we use methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and statistical analysis to explore the influence factors and development strategies of university teachers' leadership in the perspective of distributed leadership.First of all,based on literature analysis,we defined the concept and composition dimension of the university teachers' leadership from the perspective of distributed leadership,and proposed the corresponding assumption of influence factors.We thought the leadership of university teachers in the perspective of distributed leadership includes four dimensions: academic leadership,teaching control,interpersonal communication and environmental adaptability.Secondly,we designed and modified the initial questionnaire based on literature research.Afterward,we distributed and collected the formal questionnaire to obtain the necessary data.Thirdly,we used SPSS20.0 to analyze the data obtained.The relevant research hypothesis was tested by descriptive statistical analysis,reliability and validitytest,single factor analysis of variance,correlation analysis and regression analysis.Finally,it discussed the influence factors of university teachers' leadership from the perspective of distributed leadership,and put forward the development strategies.The empirical results have been drawn as following: First,professional knowledge and skills can be a positive impact in the perspective of distributed leadership of university teachers' leadership.About teaching age,there is a significant positive impact on teaching control,and there is no predictive effect on academic leadership,interpersonal communication and environmental adaptability.The qualifications and job title can positively affect academic leadership and teaching control,while interpersonal communication force and environmental adaptability are not predicted.Second,two dimensions of cooperative campus culture,namely,school support and colleague relationship,have significant positive influence on the four dimensions of university teachers' leadership in the perspective of distributed leadership.Third,teacher's personal willingness has a significant positive impact on interpersonal communication and environmental adaptability,but it has no predictive effect on academic leadership and teaching control.Fourth,the two dimensions of teachers' personal disposition,namely,personal traits and personal charisma,have significant positive effects on the four dimensions of teacher leadership in the perspective of distributed leadership.In order to effectively carry out the training of college students' leadership,improve the management efficiency of the school,and promote the development of teachers themselves.On the basis of the research on the influence factors,we try to put forward some suggestions on the development of university teachers' leadership from the aspects of school and teachers,mainly include: reconstructing the concept of college teachers' leadership in the perspective of distributed leadership,creating a healthy and harmonious cooperative campus culture,establishing and improving the training mechanism of teachers' leadership,strengthening the self-cultivation of teachers' personal disposition,promoting the promotion of professional knowledge and skills,and trying and carrying out effective teacher leadership.
