As an important source of innovation in our country,researchers of universities mostly join scientific research teams.Therefore,the university scientific research team members as object,study the impact of learning on the innovation performance.Research on the effect of learning on innovation performance has been mature.From the point of experience learning theory.learning can be divided into learning from success and failure experience.The influence of them is different.In order to obtain better coordination with the environment,It is very necessary for this division.However,most existing researches study learning as a single variable,and incline to learn from the success.learning from failure is an important source of innovation and the essential part of learning.Discusse different influence of the two types of learning through empirical research.Most of studies for innovation performance based on traditional environment,but the emergence of social network make the learning mode and innovation mode changed.So,this study will use social network as a moderator variable,discusse the adjustment between learning and innovation performance.Based on the theory of IPO performance.system analysis was carried out on the members of the innovation process.(1)Input:Individual(Individual learning from success,Individual learning from failure)?Team(Team learning from success?Team learning from failure)?Internal environment(Team innovation atmosphere)?External environment(Social network use)(2)Process(3)Output(Innovative behavior?Innovative product).Through the above analysis,establish a conceptual model.Get data through the questionnaire survey,analysis using SPSS,main conclusions are as follows:(1)Team innovation atmosphere have significant positive influence on innovation performance of members,have significantly negative adjustment action on the relationship between individual learning from failure and innovation performance of members,have significant positive adjustment action on the relationship between team learning from success and innovation performance of members.(2)Social network use have significant negative adjustment action on the relationship between individual learning from failure and innovation performance of members,h ave positive adjustment action on the relationship between individual learning from success and innovation performance of members.
