The professional adaptation of teachers refers to the state that teachers are in the face of the actual environment after entering the workplace and take measures to achieve a balanced and harmonious state with the environment.This study takes the mental health teachers in primary and secondary schools as the research object,systematically analyzes the dimensions and influencing factors of primary and secondary school mental health teachers'occupational adaptation,and puts forward feasible suggestions accordingly.This research is divided into two parts.The first part is a study of 8 mental health teachers in primary and secondary schools based on grounded theory and in-depth interview in qualitative research.The results of the study showed that occupation adaptation mainly includes mental health of primary and secondary school teachers:teaching role adaptation,environmental adaptation,interpersonal adaptation and teaching skills and adapt,and from the two aspects of the school and analyzes the factors that influence the mental health of primary and secondary school teachers,and puts forward suggestions.The second part,based on the research one,found that the role of mental health teachers in primary and secondary schools is more,and their role adaptation has its own uniqueness.Therefore,we do quantitative research on it,and measure its role pressure.In this study,the role stressor scale of Li Chaoping was used to measure 91 mental health teachers in primary and secondary schools.It was found that(1)The overall score of role stressors of mental health teachers in primary and secondary schools is at a medium upper level,showing a normal distribution.(2)In the dimension of role overload,mental health teachers in primary and secondary schools with leadership positions are significantly higher than those in primary and secondary schools without leading posts.(3)In the dimension of role ambiguity,the score of teaching age within 5 years and teaching age for 5-10 years is significantly lower than that of teaching age for more than 10 years.In the dimension of role overloading,the score of 5-10 years of teaching age is significantly higher than that of teaching age in 5 years and the score of teaching age for 5-10 years is significantly higher than that of teaching age over 10 years.
