Research On The Employment Guidance And Countermeasure Of Nursing Specialty In Secondary Vocational Schools

With the rapid development of China's vocational education,secondary vocational school students career guidance problems of secondary vocational education has become an important issue.This problem relates to the immediate interests of the general graduates not only,also related to the secondary vocational education reform and development and in the position and role of the market economy,the science and education is more related to and the implementation of the strategy of reinvigorating China through human resource development,and is related to social stability involves a global event.This study by yantai nurse institute as a case,using the method of questionnaire investigation and interview,from two dimensions of the aggregate employment and structural employment,the employment problems of secondary vocational nursing graduates investigation and analysis,this paper found that the college employment guidance six major problems: first,the understanding of the connotation of the employment guidance and the actual demand contradict each other;Second,the notion of teacher and student demand contradict each other;The third school management level not value;Fourth,the unreasonable structure of employment guidance teacher;Fifth,about employment guidance related activities is not standard;Sixth,employment guidance to implement object enthusiasm is not high.Through reason found,mainly caused by the schools,teachers and students in three aspects.In order to further optimize the yantai school nursing professional employment guidance,this paper puts forward to changing employment guidance idea;To improve employment guidance human nature;Improving the employment guidance system,employment guidance thoroughly;Renew the content of the employment guidance,strengthen employment guidance targeted;Transformation of the mode of teaching and improve the students' participation.
