Investigation And Countermeasures. Hunan Higher Vocational Colleges Security Professional Vocational Guidance

As an important part of vocational education, vocational guidance is also a comprehensive, systematic social engineering, its purpose is to grasp the dynamic demand of social labor market for professionals, to help the unemployed students choosing an ideal career, to achieve effective conversion of professional knowledge and to promote the orderly development of Socio-economic.Based on the basic theory of vocational guidance at home and abroad, We conducted a thorough investigation for the status of vocational guidance in security specialty of Hunan Vocational College. The results show that Hunan Vocational College actively introduce security majors in recent years, but low professional quality and lack of career guidance to make the employment situation is not idea. In addition, due to relatively poor occupational environment of security specialty, many graduates who had already started work have to change jobs, which undoubtedly will make the already existing contradictions about supply and demand for vocational education more prominent.To effectively resolve these contradictions, this paper argues that efforts to increase the vocational college vocational guidance, rational planning of their careers, improve safety class graduates of professional quality, comprehensive ability is the key to the problem. In this regard, the paper called for comprehensive development of vocational guidance in Vocational colleges:First, establish the correct meaning of vocational guidance; Second, improve the scientific study of vocational guidance; third, achieve careful assessment of vocational guidance; Fourth, to promote effective reform of vocational guidance; fifth is to strengthen professional career guidance personnel training.
