With the continuous development of social economy,people pay more and more attention to health.However,in recent years,because of the lack of professional ethics of clinical nurses,the occurrence of nurse patient disputes has occurred,making the relationship between nurses and patients has become a topic of common concern of the whole society.Many scholars put forward,to ease the relationship between nurses and patients should improve the occupation morals of clinical nurses,however the occupation morals of nurses is not easy,but the need to gradually develop in continuous learning.The author thinks that in order to improve the professional ethics of nurses,we should strengthen the professional ethics education of nursing students from its source.Therefore,this article from the perspective of the relationship between nurses and patients to explore the professional ethics education for nursing students.At the same time,with the implementation of the hospital grading system,under the guidance of government policies to encourage and gradually standardize the common diseases,multiple disease patients first to the primary health care institutions.The basic medical and health institutions and personnel input mostly for nursing students in secondary occupation school,so this paper takes the nursing students of secondary occupation school as the research object,through the questionnaire from the nurse patient relationship cognition,occupation identification,cognition,occupation moral education on professional ethics,the way and the content of moral education occupation moral education method the effect of moral education and occupation of the seven dimensions to understand the status quo of secondary occupation school occupation moral education for nursing students,and then analyzed the questionnaire results,found that the medium occupation school of nursing students occupation moral education for students of nurse patient relationship and lack of knowledge,occupation identity is not high,and the school of cognitive occupation moral ambiguity occupation moral education seriously enough,teachers teach content of occupation moral education is not comprehensive,teachers The implementation of teaching methods cannot meet the needs of students and the teaching effect is not ideal.For this series of problems,the author analyzes the reasons from three aspects: students,schools and teachers.And we need to strengthen the occupation moral education of nursing students of secondary occupation school,so they set up "nursing to patient oriented" concept,the practice of "taking the patient as the center" of the service concept in clinical work,so as to ease the relationship between nurses and patients,create a harmonious medical environment,schools and teachers respectively from the following several aspects.School: first,strengthen the construction of teachers;two is to expand the professional ethics education;the three is to improve the professional ethics education evaluation system.Teachers: first,continue to strengthen the teaching ability;two is a reasonable choice of teaching content;the three is the flexible use of teaching methods;the four is to give full play to the role of demonstration. |
