In the teachers’ daily education and teaching,the students are a class of students and teachers will meet the teacher,as everyone knows,a class is not the best students to increase the number of points,the worst student but admitted to lower the number of points to learn many students in the class,the average score sure than the same grade difference to other classes.Teachers want to improve the quality of teaching,improve the average score of the class,we must do a good job of learning difficulties students.As long as they score,the average score goes up.This paper through the use of literature,access to the relevant number of poor students,appreciation of education information,including many related books and periodicals and papers,defines the concept of poor student appreciation of education and science,ruled out does not conform to the contents of this study,the experts and scholars at home and abroad in the learning difficulties of graduate students,the appreciation education in-depth understanding,on the basis of the analysis,organize them to use appreciation education into primary school learning difficulties in theoretical research and practice are made,lay the relevant theoretical basis for this research,provides the theoretical guidance.In this study,the author selected from a primary school in Yantai City,part of the students as the research object of this study,by observing the various manifestations of primary school students in learning and life,to find the primary school reasons,and put forward the effective strategy for the transformation of elementary school students with learning difficulties in the appreciation education from the perspective of hope,the method is feasible and effective to provide a transformation in the struggle primary school teachers of students with learning difficulties.According to the selected research object,the author formulated the interview outline for the interview,and interviewed the class teachers,subject teachers,students with learning difficulties and parents of students with learning difficulties.According to the research and interviews of experts and scholars,this paper will underachieves preliminary classification for students with learning difficulties and learning behavior of students with learning difficulties,reasons from the aspects of the students themselves,school education,family reasons,social reasons analysis of the primary school students have.From the point of view of appreciation education,using the method of appreciation education,put forward the transformation strategy for primary school students with learning difficulties: to establish self-confidence,will seize the opportunity to cultivate;appreciation,grasp the appreciation efforts,attention appreciation,praise and criticism and punishment;with the specific language,clearly pointed out that the appreciation of the behavior;developing evaluation the operation mechanism and diversity,and combined with the daily teaching work to clarify the misunderstandings and problems in education.I hope that through this study,can put this thesis through some theories and methods of practice is proposed,applied to the actual teaching work of the teachers on weekdays,the ideas and methods of effective to provide a primary school teacher the transformation of students with learning disabilities,and to everyone in a primary school under the perspective of appreciation education transformation students can perform the way.
