The State advocates that class management should conform to the conditions of quality education reform,taking students as the main body and cultivating students' self-management ability and creativity.The core of class autonomous management is to the management of class cadres.Dicerning the management of class cadres can make the school better implement self-management,and gradually promote the self-management of all students.In order to know about the situation of the management of class cadres during the class autonomous management in Z junior middle school,this paper uses the method of literature review in CNKI,Wanfang and other databases to access the relevant literature,taking the students of Z middle school in Zhengzhou City as the research object,randomly sampling the three grades of junior middle school,conducting a questionnaire survey and interviewing individual class teachers and grade moral education teachers.This paper analyzes the current situation from five dimensions below: the way of class autonomous management,the consciousness of class cadres' class autonomous management,the ability of class cadres' class autonomous management,the cultivation of class cadres,and the assessment of class cadres.There are the following problems in class autonomous management: the class autonomous management system is not perfect;the selection method of class cadres is old and the tenure cycle is chaotic;the class cadres are lack ofservice consciousness and equality concept,lacking of management innovation ability,lacking of regular and systematic training guidance,and imperfect evaluation system.Following are the main reasons for the problems: the school does not attach importance to class autonomous management;the school evaluation and assessment system is unreasonable;the head teacher's autonomous management consciousness is not strong enough;the head teacher lacks the methods to enhance autonomous management;the class cadres' own initiative is insufficient;non-class cadres isn't fully involved in the class activity.In view of the above problems and their causes,the following suggestions are put forward for improvement: schools,head teachers and class cadres improve the perception of class autonomous management;establish the relevant system of class autonomous management;pay attention to the management of class cadres,such as selection and appointment cycle,systematic guidance and training,establish the evaluation system of class cadres;fully mobilize all non-class cadre students involved in the class activity.
