Junior middle school history curriculum is compulsory education phase of the compulsory course,is to improve students historical consciousness,cultural quality,the humanistic spirit of basic courses,is the student learning and inheriting the important way of Chinese excellent culture and history.Middle school history education for national traditional inheritance,popular literature and history,and is very important to develop national history,history teachers "preaching,knowledge and to reassure" role played an important role in the process,history teacher education teaching level,is an important condition for the influence of history teaching level,also decided to history education teaching reform and development of the key factors.High quality teaching staff,teaching history to a great extent,depends on teachers' continuous learning and innovation,and teachers training is the main way to improve the level of teachers,strengthening the junior middle school history teachers training,in order to adapt to the needs of the current curriculum reform,this is also the urgent need of individual teacher's professional development.This study in 2016 in Shandong province Zhucheng junior middle school history teacher training for "sparrow",the members of the organization in the process of the training mode,structure,training content,training mechanism and so on the "anatomy" type of data collecting,sorting and analysis.The result shows that the current training system of junior middle school history teacher has the following problems: the training mechanism is not perfect,the teacher participates in the training motivation insufficient;The lack of resource integration between the schools and their respective governments;The training content is lack of pertinence,the study use disjointed;The training quality is uneven,and there is no effective performance evaluation method.This study is based on the summary of the junior high school history teacher training practice,aiming at the existing problems,analyze the causes,combined with the relevant educational theory,policy and practice of running a school,the "standard,improve the mechanism,management,training ideas of the junior high school history teacher training precision",to provide reference for the actual work of the junior middle school history teachers the training in Zhucheng city.This paper mainly discusses the following five aspects: First,the introduction,mainly narrating the significance of the training of junior high school history teachers,literature review,research methods,and so on.The second part is the necessity and urgency of the junior high school history teacher training.The third part is based on the questionnaire and interview on the training situation analysis of Zhucheng City junior middle school history teachers the team is equipped with,in 2016.The fourth part is a summary of the junior high school history teacher training of the city's achievements,from the training needs,training methods,training content,training expectations and other aspects of problems appeared in training and analysis of its causes.The fifth part is to solve the problem,combined with relevant educational theories,policies and laws,put forward the optimization of junior high school the history teacher training strategy in Zhucheng city.
