Higher vocational academy teaching quality evaluation Highly skilled people are an important part of the national talent team.Mechanic education is the backbone of national education,It is of great significance to speed up the progress of mechanic education to ensure the diversification of education structure and the needs of social diversity talents.The basic and prerequisite of the survival and development of technical schools is the quality of teaching,so it is necessary to construct a scientific and perfect teaching quality long-term evaluation mechanism.This is vital to improve school management efficiency and timely discovery and solving teaching management problems.It is also necessary to cultivate a variety of high-quality talents.Along with the reform and progress of the technical school of ministry of human resources and social security and the continuous improvement of its education teaching level,the series of problems reflected in its teaching evaluation are becoming more and more significant.And this is more urgent for further exploration and research of teaching quality assessment,its importance is self-evident.At present,our country in terms of mechanic education evaluation subject of study is less,a complete theory system has not yet mature,this is an outstanding contradiction between the increasing teaching quality assessment requirements of the technical school.Research on theory perspective,the teaching quality assessment of the technical school can provide a powerful theoretical reference and basis for its practice,and to promote the teaching quality and to improve the regulatory mechanism of perfect have great help.In the practical sense,the evaluation of teaching quality can effectively supplement the current teaching evaluation system in China's technical schools,thus improving the level and quality of its education.In this paper,through the study of original labor department issued ?Interim provisions on evaluation of teaching supervision in technical schools ?,the former state education commission issued ?Supervisory interim provisions on education?,Widespread access to all sorts of relevant policies formulated by the provincial(rules,regulations and rules,etc.),To study teaching evaluation system in Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Guangdong,and combined with the actual situation of our province,develop ?Teaching quality assessment index of Shaanxi technical college?(trial).This?index? has the first,second and third grades,4 class,31 indicators and 104 observation points,It highlights the weight of the teaching process management The basic index system of teaching evaluation,based on the principle of comprehensive scientific evaluation and measurement,is conducive to the discovery of problems and to urge the school to move forward in the direction of sustainable development.At the same time,the organization and implementation of the teaching quality assessment procedures,and put forward to improve the technical school teaching quality assessment of the feasible suggestions,has made the analysis and its prospects.Theoretical innovation level,the author in the theory of bloom and Taylor model based on the theory of the technical school teaching quality management present situation has carried on the analysis and research of the system,and thus to the technical school teaching quality assessment of the related research done theory foreshadowing,and comprehensive utilization of multiple analysis including literature research,theoretical analysis,data analysis method,questionnaire method,the direct interview method and designed a set of for technical school teaching quality has stronger operational evaluation index system,and on this basis,the extraction of secondary index in production practice teaching target,using analysis of decomposition for the inside of a professional teaching evaluation project,the evaluation program of field work further decomposed into eight projects,each project evaluation scheme,give weight assignment points,according to the evaluation scores to judge the merits of the practice teaching quality.Using the new technical school teaching quality assessment indicators,88 technical school in Shaanxi province has carried on the quality evaluation,each school grade,from two angles of common analysis,classification analysis of technical school quality in our province were analyzed,and the next step to take measures are put forward.In use for reference the experience of each college teaching quality monitoring and evaluation,on the basis of combining my understanding of the part of the technical school actual circumstance,can for the technicians involved in the teaching evaluation of some theoretical exploration to provide reference and reference value,can promote the school teaching work more scientific,standardized,long term sense,the mechanic colleges and universities to promote education teaching level of ascension is very good,and can work for the teaching practice to provide a strong theoretical reference and basis,to improve the mechanic colleges teaching quality monitoring and security system with the help of also have very big effect.
