Occupation education should take employment as the primary goal,for kindergarten students,oral communicative competence is an important occupation skill,and the students' occupation skill is a key factor affecting the employment,as the students' occupation skill in oral communication ability is a very important skill.The characteristics of preschool teachers' profession have their own particularity,which requires them to have higher oral communicative ability,first of all,must have the ability to explain knowledge,and secondly to communicate with children.The oral communication ability of preschool teachers is one of the basic abilities of preschool education practitioners.To some extent,it affects the development of children's thinking ability and language expression ability,and determines the quality of education and teaching to a great extent.The author at the office Yang Education Center for several years,observed that many reasons influencing the development of students' oral communication ability,according to the local conditions,such as many candidates in vocational school students because of poor grades and is unable to attend the senior high school students,the overall cultural quality is not high;oral English teaching as a small part of the Chinese.Often the teaching area,has not been given sufficient attention;from the external environment,teachers do not have professional knowledge of oral communication;also not equipped with related oral teaching material.These factors lead to young students oral communicative ability problems,according to the relevant questionnaire survey,more than eighty percent of the students lack the courage to take the initiative to talk with strangers;more than half of the students,for the first time in the face of very nervous when the kindergarten students,these problems will directly affect the students after work smoothly.A variety of situations show that there is a clear distance between the actual situation of kindergarten teachers' oral communicative competence and social needs.Therefore,the status of Yang Office Education Center young students oral communication ability and solving methods are simple inquiry,intended to explore with other young teachers and students study oral communication subject teacher exchanges.Our school has also paid enough attention to it.The teachers have carried out a deep level discussion to find a reasonable and effective solution.This paper expounds the following aspects: cultivating students' good pronunciation ability;cultivating students' confidence;cultivating proper manners and speaking ability;carrying out professional teacher training;developing school-based teaching materials.Finally,the existing high-quality teaching strategies are applied and evaluated,and the author's own practical experience is used to verify the rationality of the proposed strategies in improving the oral communicative competence of kindergarten teachers and students.
