Based on the historical background of economic development and demand for talents, this thesis is aimed at problems in personnel training modes in our country’s secondary vocational education. The author, instructed by such theories as "Competency-based Education","Humanism" and "Lifelong Education", analyzes our country’s talents training pattern and related problems in secondary vocational education, and explores the mode construction and implementation process, combining with the advanced modes in foreign countries.There are6section. The first of which is Introduction, summarizing the existing research, and explaining the research meaning and methods. The second section is about the related concept and theory basis, where correlation theory is put forward to be the basis of epistemology and methodology. Also, theories such as "mode","secondary vocational education" and "personnel training mode" are analyzed and defined.In the third section the author analyzes the status of personnel training modes in our country’s secondary vocational education. Here, four modes of talents training and the related problems are analyzed and thus comes to the conclusion that in secondary vocational talents training, problems exist, such as impractical Curriculum Provision and less advanced teaching method. The four section talks about the types and enlightenment of other countries personnel training modes in secondary vocational education. By analysis and comparison of different training modes, some experiences to our talent training in secondary vocational education are summarized. Section Five is mainly about the construction of new modes of personnel training and implement countermeasure in secondary vocational education in our country. On the basis of the4sections above, a new mode of "quaternity" is put forward, which will be realized by setting up employment-oriented majors curriculum according to the market, building up excellent corecurriculum and individualized-learning teaching method, professional-ability-training-oriented curriculum system, job qualification certificate-admittance employment policy, and by building up a teaching staff of double-professionally-titled teachers, which is reasonably structured as well as a combination of part-time and full time. The sixth section summarizes and proposes research efforts in the future.
