The Study On The Allocation Of Public Education Resources In Primary And Secondary Schools In Yong'an

In terms of meeting the conditions and based on the development of public education,the allocation of the Public Education Resources making the configuration of public education resources reasonable and effective,so that it can make people realize the pursuit of public education in a standard and quality way.The configuration can improve the quality of education,it also brings the support to the development of the city in aspect of intellectual,at the same time,it plays an important role in the healthy development of society,it also keeps society harmonious and stable.By using the methods of literature analysis,field research,case study and so on,the article depth analysis the differences problems and restriction factors which appears during the process of the allocation of the Public Education Resources in primary and secondary schools of Yong'an city.It also puts forward solutions to those problems.The article elaborated the fundamental principles theories and contents about the rational allocation of primary and secondary schools.According to the features of the district education of Yong'an city,the article finds the expenditure on education,the teachers structure and the situation of students and schools.The primary solution problems will be found by the horizontal caomparison and analysing the structure to find unbalanced growth among different schools,which push forward the educational equity and efficient resource allocation.By using the method of field study to make sure the scheme is resonable.So that,it can provide possible new ways and convictive examples to make contributions to the development of Yong'an's education.By analysing the present condition of the development of public education resources in Yong'an City and the causes of these problems based on the theory of public goods and resources allocation.Meanwhile,borrowing the latest achievement and experience from other districts of our country,so that we can put forward some reasonable suggestions to the development of Yong'an rational allocation of public education resources countermeasures.
