Object:To prove the effect of Insulin resistance,inflammation and mTOR?HIF-1??VEGF in the Vascular endothelium of diabetic rats after eight weeks Aerobic exercise.Ways:Picking randomly forty out of the fifity trial cleaning SD rats was used to make model of diabetes,intraperitoneal injection with 30mg per kilograms of STZ after a month's High fat feeds to Induce model of diabetes.Aftering making it,the diabetic rats were divided into three groups freely with weight:D Team(diabetic Team with quietness),DS Team(diabetic Team with swimming),DM Team(diabetic Team with Metformin,Positive control group),and then intervening with eight Aerobic weeks.DTeam continued to be fed with High fat feeds and without exercise;DS Team swim-ming one hour a day,five days a week;DM Team drinking water where Metformin dissolved with 300mg per kilograms.Observing the changes of FBG over the trial,after accomplishing the tial,measuring the indexs of Glucose metabolism:FBG,FINs;the indexs of lipid metabolism:HDL,LDL,TC,TG;the indexs of inflammations:TNF-??IL-6,to reflect the differences;expressing the differences of morphologies of Rat abdominal aorta in each team with HE staining techniques;measuring the expressions of mTOR?HIF-1??VEGF in the Vascular endothelium of trial rats with the way of Western Blot meanwhileResults:1.After 8 weeks experiment,the level of FBG and FINS in the serum of DS and DM Team was declined highly(p<0.01)compared to D Team,and there is no statistical differences between DS Team and DM Team.2.After 8 weeks experiment,the level of TC and TG in the serum of DS and DM Team was declined obviously(p<0.05)compared to D Team;the level of LDL-C in the serum of DS and DM Team was declined obviously(p<0.05),but the HDL-C increased obviously(p<0.05),and there is no statistical differences between DS Team and DM Team.3.After 8 weeks experiment,the level of TNF-a and IL-6 in the serum of DS Team was declined,but there is no statistical differences in TNF-? decreace;the level of TNF-a in the serum of DM Team was declined obviously(p<0.05),and the IL-6 was declined highly(p<0.01).4.After 8 weeks experiment,the changes of TNF-a and IL-6 in the serum was highly Relevant to the IRI changes,it meant the decreaces of TNF-a and IL-6 were the same to the IRI.5.After 8 weeks experiment,that vascular intima were uneven and vascular smooth muscle showed Irregular arrangements turned well obviously in the DS and DM Team6.After 8 weeks experiment,the expressions of mTOR.HIF-1??VEGF in diabetic Rat abdominal was declined obviously in the DS Team and DM Team.Conclusion:1?Aerobic exercise and Metformin could make the damaged Vascular endothelium of T2DM rats improved obviously,and the damaged ascular morphology was improved.there is no statistical differences in improving Glucose metabolism?lipid Metabolism,and decreasing inflammation.2.The relationship of Aerobic exercise protecting the damaged Vascular endothelium maybe resilting from decreasing mTOR expression which restrains the expression of the HIF-1??VEGF.
