Research On Optimization Of Engineering Postgraduate Education Quality Management System Based On The Process Method

With the improvement of China's comprehensive national strength,the postgraduate education career shows vigorous development trend.On the one hand,due to the rapid development of national economy and technology,more and more talents want to be involved into the construction of all walks of life.On the other hand,more and more young people hope to improve themselves both in knowledge and research skills to master comprehensive skills and support their career.However,with the expansion of enrolment,satisfaction of the postgraduate education quality has shown a trend of decrease,which deviate the purpose of postgraduate education and expectation of citizen.Especially for engineering postgraduate students,the whole number is larger than other subjects.In the case of a number of reasonable development scale of colleges and universities,how to ensure and improve the level of engineering postgraduate education quality management is an important problem in the current circumstances.Based on the quality management methods,this paper conducts the research on engineering postgraduate education management.This paper starts from the connation and characteristic of postgraduate education.Then it combines the process theory and method with quality management system.Then,the connotation of engineering postgraduate education is defined.The relationship between process methods and the process of the education quality management system is analyzed.Finally,a case study is conducted to form the metric system of the engineering postgraduate education quality management.In this case study,the feedback of students,who are the direct customers of engineering graduate student education quality management,is integrated into the metric system to evaluate the quality management of postgraduate education and the university's overall level,find out the problems in the operation of the quality management system and put forward the improvement measures.By applying the process method research into engineering postgraduate education quality management,the function of every stage of engineering postgraduate education can be maximized to realize the continuous optimization of the education quality management system of engineering postgraduate education.
