German vocational school has been known for high quality,especially the "Dual System" Vocational Education in Germany has transported a large number of skilled personnel.The reason is Germany since the early 1990 s began to focus on school quality.Drawing on the European EQAVET model,German federal states have begun to establish a vocational school quality assurance system,and ultimately matured.Vocational school quality assurance system is a complex process that requires vocational schools,the government and the various stakeholders to cooperate with each other,need professional staff to design and implemente of policies.In China,vocational school quality assurance system has not yet formed,the internal evaluation of teaching vocational school is most prevailing,and the assessent results can not give vocational school a feedback,unable to form quality assurance cycle and promote continuing quality improvement.This study attempted to use literature study,comparative study to analysis German vocational school quality assurance system for to understand its characteristics,mode of operation and other aspects,trying to provide reference to establish a sound quality assurance system of vocational schools.This study is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter introduces the domestic and international review of this research,the significance of this study,research ideas and theoretical basis;The second chapter analyzes the history of German vocational school quality assurance system from the angle of historical development.The third chapter introduces the quality assurance system of Q2 E,and analyzes Q2 E mode in Baden-Württemberg and the operation situation of the three vocational schools.The fourth chapter introduces the content of ISO9001 quality assurance system,and introduces the case of Hamburg;Chapter 5 introduces the contents and characteristics of EFQM model,and analyzes the vocational schools in Brandenburg as a case study.Chapter 6 compares these three types of quality assurance models,and summarizes the similarities and differences between them.The final chapter is summed up the quality of vocational schools in Germany,the characteristics of the quality assurance system,then summed up the experience.
