At present,our country's vocational education is transforming from quantity expansion to connotation promotion,and many vocational colleges are constructing the school education quality assurance system in order to train high-quality technical talents for our country and society.However,relevant investigations at home and abroad have found that there are three deficiencies of the teaching quality assurance system in vocational colleges: the unclear target of service in the horizontal direction and the unsmooth connection in the vertical direction,as well as the lack of information system support for coordination.Therefore,how to build a systematic,scientific and effective teaching quality assurance system has become one of the issues that vocational education faces.In view of this,This paper adopts the literature research method to analyze the research on the teaching quality assurance system of vocational colleges at home and abroad,and summarizes the research status and practice direction of the teaching quality assurance system of vocational colleges in China;Then,using the interview method and questionnaire survey,the author investigated the operation of theteaching quality assurance system in the case school,the results of which showed that four problems exist: unclear goal,low weighting of students,narrow scope of guarantee and delayed feedback.On this basis,the "three vertical,five horizontal,one platform" teaching quality assurance system of vocational colleges is constructed on the theoretical basis of total quality management(TQM)and ISO9000 series standards and other quality management ideas.Among them,"three vertical" refers to the vertical decision command system,quality generation system and operation control system;"five horizontal lines" refer to the five levels of college,major,curriculum,teacher and student;"one platform" refers to the cloud platform of teaching quality assurance.Finally,the above teaching quality assurance system was applied to a vocational college in Zhejiang,the results show that the teaching quality assurance system has following five effects: the construction of a sound quality management team,the improvement of teachers' teaching quality,the improvement of personnel training quality,the optimization of specialty and curriculum,and the improvement of practical teaching effect.This study enriches the research results of the teaching quality assurance system of vocational colleges in China in theory and guides vocational schools to build a scientific,efficient and systematic teaching quality assurance system so as to improve teaching and education quality of vocational colleges in practice as well.
