A Study On The Second Child Fertility Desire And The Influencing Factors Of The Residents In Tianjin

The fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee decided to implement a comprehensive two child policy in China.The policy is not only a response to the wishes of the people,but also following the "two separate children”policy made a very wise decision.Two-child policy released immediately aroused the public concern,it is an important question for many families.Being or not,is an important choice for many families.In order to study the attitude of the people in Tianjin for the second child births.In this paper,we use the method of qualitative survey and quantitative survey to investigated the 20-45 years old permanent residents in Tianjin,Through the survey to study whether they are willing to give birth to a second child.And investigated the important factors affecting the second child birth and other issues.Through the descriptive analysis,cross analysis and establishment of the model,the conclusion is that the number of people who are willing to have a second child is less than the number of children who are not willing to have second children,influencing factors of the population who are willing to have second child,and the basic characteristics of the crowd.Based on the conclusions of the study,we can effectively control the aging population.It can effectively relieve the pressure of pension security,expand the demographic dividend of our country,control the imbalance of sex ratio of newborn babies,and is conducive to family harmony and happiness.
