With each passing day,education has been a topic of great concern to people,especially the demand for high-quality education resources.As an important part of education resources,the teachers of virtue and arts have a profound influence on students' physical and mental health.Middle school political teachers' professional development is refers to the teachers' professional knowledge structure of continuously perfect,more skilled professional skills,practical knowledge deepening,update and create knowledge level,by not mature,the novice teachers through learning and grow into an expert teachers reflect on the process.This process is the process of social normativily,education education,and the unification of inner appeal.It is also a process of professional specialization and professional standardization.Through the case study of the professional growth of the political teachers in middle schools,it reveals the general rule of teacher professional growth and plays an important role in the growth of the students.Domestic and foreign experts and scholars on the research of the middle school political teachers' professional development has obtained certain result,and puts forward to draw lessons from the point of view,but their research system,not from different disciplines,the study of middle school political teachers' professional development,especially in the case study is relatively weak.Therefore,taking the case as the starting point,based on the classroom practice,the paper studies the professional development of middle school political teachers from the perspective of vertical and horizontal perspectives.The role of political teachers in middle schools lies not in the teaching of knowledge,but in the functional aspects of moral education,which emphasizes the importance of ideological and political teachers in educating people.The particularity of "moral education first" in middle school political teachers determines the unique aspect of its growth.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to find successful cases and summarize the law of professional growth of teachers.With excellent,advanced teacher of Yantai A teacher as the research object,through A self narration can analyze A teacher professional development stage has experienced A period(phase vacant if fan),suddenly locking(steady)stage,comprehensive model(perseverance will prevail)stage,forge ahead(changing)stage,steady development stage(follow).Using interviews and classroom observations to interpret the growth of teacher A,it concludes that there are four aspects of teacher A's professional development.First,extensive professional knowledge.Second,advanced education concept.It is the core concept of the professional growth of teacher A,which is based on the view of the students,the concept of democratic equality,and the teaching view of the two sides.Third,elaborate professional skills.Fourth,excellent self-growth.According to interviews and classroom observation,the sincere emotion education and serious academic attitude due to the internal factors that affect A teacher professional development,the support of the schools,colleagues encouraged due to external factors.Because A teacher to individual autonomy,consciousness of independence,the teaching situation of free sex,activity of charm deeply student's professional development,with its own words and deeds to education students,the education principle in mood,will cultivating talents education and educating function become A reality.Therefore,the process of professional development of middle school ideological and political teachers is the process of promoting students' growth.A case study of teacher A's development of teachers in middle school was carried out in order to give A case of education and inject A little essence into the study of teacher professional development.In short,middle school political teacher's professional development is a social process of unity of standardized,professional specialization,promoting teacher professional development,curriculum reform to the development of society have special and the meaning of existence.With the deepening of the research,it will be better to meet the needs of the country's future teachers with high standards and high efficiency.
