With the advent of the 21 st century,the information age has formally challenged all walks of life.At present,the development of education in China is closely related to the development of emerging technologies.In terms of elementary school Chinese teaching courses,since the education reform has increased the requirements for the overall quality and individualized education of primary education,the traditional teaching model has been unable to meet the ever-increasing teaching needs.Teachers in the reading teaching lack specific guidance and thus produce some issues such as personalization of reading are neglected,and the development of big data and artificial intelligence provides indispensable opportunities and support for personalized learning.Therefore,this dissertation focuses on the reading ability and interest of Chinese teaching in third grade primary school.It improves the current needs of individualized reading teaching for teachers' curriculum design from the perspective of Internet information application,and formulates a specialized personalized reading teaching platform to ensure teachers.Make full use of new information technology to complete the language teaching reading course time,make up for the deficiency of the lack of individualized teaching in traditional teaching,and truly achieve comprehensive education,quality education,and personalized education.Based on this,this study first proposes an individualized reading instructional design for elementary schools based on the Internet education platform.It mainly focuses on teaching principles,teaching flow,teaching strategies,and technical support for teaching to provide a theoretical basis for follow-up teaching.Secondly,a case analysis of the individualized reading problem in Chinese teaching in the third grade was conducted to compare the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional teaching model and the Internet education platform teaching model to optimize the current Chinese reading teaching program.Finally,according to the comprehensive investigation of the effectiveness of the Chinese language reading teaching on the Internet education platform,the impact of the application of the Internet education platform on teachers and students is analyzed from the three dimensions of student language test,student reading interest questionnaire and teacher interview.Summarize,summarize,and analyze data to provide data and data support for the follow-upresearch on the Internet education platform in personalized Chinese language teaching reading.In the course of teaching practice,this study analyzes relevant data and summarizes the achievements and contributions made by the institute.Practice has proved that: in the third grade Chinese classroom related teaching activities,and finally formed a platform based on the Internet education platform for primary language Chinese personalized reading teaching design.The personalized reading teaching supported by the Internet education platform has a significant impact on the learning effects of some middle school students in the third grade,improving students interest in Chinese language learning and classroom efficiency,fully expanding students reading thinking and promoting the comprehensive and personalized development of Chinese reading teaching to ensure that teachers can adjust and improve the teaching plan in a timely manner,students can promote the development of their own thinking and enhance their overall reading ability in personalized reading.
