Study On The Risk Management In The Classroom Teaching Activities Of The Volleyball Specialized Class In Henan Universit

Volleyball is an intense movement project with skill difficulty,big movement range,and long duration.The in class teaching process will inevitably face each kind of risk question.This does not determine whether the volleyball teaching can be carried out smoothly,but also affect the health of the students and even sports career and so on,the volleyball teachers should focus on the management of this content.At present,China's education authorities have also formulated on "Further Strengthening the work of school sports guidance","School sports risk prevention and control measures" and a series of policies to encourage and guide the various schools to do physical education risk prevention and control work.At present,some colleges and universities in Henan province have established a volleyball team,also carry out risk management activities in intentionally or unintentionally,but there are very few people to study in Universities of Henan province volleyball class teaching activities of risk management.Based on this,this thesis takes "Henan university volleyball class teaching activities in the risk management" as the title,and going to use research methods of literature review,questionnaire survey method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,mathematical statistics method,observation method,identification of the risk factors in the classroom teaching activities of Volleyball Class in Henan Province,the construction of risk assessment methods and measures and so on,so as to construct the classroom teaching of volleyball specialized classes in colleges and universities of Henan province and the implementation of risk management mechanism to provide the necessary reference value.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:First,the risk management of volleyball class teaching process in colleges and universities in Henan province mainly involves three aspects:risk identification,risk assessment and risk response,it is a very important systematically professional work.Second,the volleyball class teaching in colleges and universities in Henan province faces a foul and accident classroom environment,special teachers,students themselves,as four level-1-indicators of risk factors.And facilities environment,natural environment,special teachers' teaching style,the transformation of teachers' teaching ability,students,sports foul,sports accident as seven level-2-indicators of risk factors and the extension of the thirty-three level 3 indexes of risk factors,the risk probability and risk impact and damage caused by the type of difference.Third,volleyball team teachers of colleges and universities in Henan province can adopt "the risk factors faced by volleyball class teaching risk assessment form" and "evaluation standard" to understand the system of Volleyball Teaching in the process of the severity and urgency,as the important basis for volleyball teaching style insurance.Fourth,the core risk factors of volleyball class teaching in Henan province college are mainly for the accident,the strategy is improper,lack of self-protection awareness,insufficient preparation,physical problems and did not inform the teacher,the teaching content is too difficult,the teaching goal is too high,not exercise the student safety education,students not follow the training methods and training programs,teachers are not risk prediction and treatment of teaching environment and so on.Fifth,Henan province college volleyball class teachers should do a good job of accident records,Combined with the previous accident records and their own teaching experience before the class,systematically summarizes the possible risk in the course of the volleyball class,advance publicity,warning,prevention,risk factors to students.Sixth,volleyball special teachers should strengthen the propaganda and education activities of the students' risk,they should focus on reminding students to report their physical health and sports injury before the class,consciously observe the classroom performance of students,find out the problems of its body in time.Seventh,the teacher should also follow the "targeted" principle before class,from the two aspects of protective equipment and exercise to guide students to prepare for class activities.In the classroom teaching process,strengthen the the demonstration,guidance,supervision and review of the students,timely detection of students who are doing action,training methods,training process,to stop and correct them in time.
