The current ideological and moral course shoulders the responsibility of legal education for middle school students.Relevant experts,scholars and teachers in the education field should pay close attention to this issue.By means of in-depth observation,visits and conversations during the first-line education and many teaching practice,we can get some understanding of the status quo of legal education for secondary school students' ideological and moral courses.The content of the investigation is mainly divided into four parts:the basic way of legal education for secondary school students 'ideological and moral education;the promotion of legal awareness after learning common sense of legal knowledge in secondary school students' morality;the effectiveness and the corresponding problems of secondary education for legal education..Through extensive review of the relevant literature and writings,summarizes several factors that affect the legal education of middle school students' ideological and moral education courses,and summarizes the practical effects of improving legal education of middle school students from the field of ideological and moral education,and enhances the legal awareness of middle school students,especially self-protection and Consciousness of rights.So as to give a certain contribution to the theoretical research of legal education for middle school students' ideological and moral courses.In the course of the research,the related concepts are expounded,the basic concepts of legal system and the contents and significance of legal education in middle school students 'ideological and moral education are clarified,which points out the correct direction for legal education in middle school students'ideological and moral class.In order to effectively strengthen the training of legal awareness of middle school students in ideological and moral class,with the aid of the analysis of the status quo,we know that there are four problems in legal education of middle school students in ideological and moral class,including four aspects,that is,the smooth realization of curriculum objectives,And backward channels,teaching real situation less and teaching evaluation system is imperfect and so on.The causes are due to the internal and external environment impede the realization of curriculum objectives,the teachers' lower attainments to the legal system,the lack of close integration of teaching materials with practice and the impact of the examination-oriented education system.At present,there are still a large number of problems in the implementation of ideological and moral education for law-abiding middle school students in education and hindering the improvement of law-awareness among middle school students.By using literature review method,interview method and experience summarization method,this paper classifies the problems existing in middle school students 'ideological and moral education and analyzes the reasons that hinder the improvement of middle school students' ideology and morality.On this basis,we put forward corresponding improvement strategies,mainly from the aspects of optimizing the teaching objectives of ideology and morality,carrying out education through multiple channels,adding contextual content to the teaching process and changing the traditional concept of exam-oriented education,In class,how to improve the awareness of legal system provides a reference.
