Secondary school students is the our country youth at critical stages of growth andsocialization, training of the legal education and legal consciousness is an important part ofour socialist legal system construction, is the important channel in the current social contextof legal education of the whole society, reflects China’s rule of law strategy and futuredevelopment trend education. In the cultivation of students’ legal consciousness, the course ofIdeological and political education is most closely connected with the direct embodiment oflegal system and the content of the discipline of teaching. School of politics and come verynaturally become the cultivation of students’ legal consciousness "bridgehead". But in the realteaching situation, most schools have realized the importance of legal knowledge in politicalinfiltration in the curriculum, but in the actual teaching practice still use the traditionalteaching mode, lack of innovation level of legal teaching, teaching method is too single, notreally let the students to establish correct legal consciousness.Therefore, this paper based on the theory of middle school education, educationalpsychology and ideological and political education foundation, the cultivation of students’awareness of the law of the ideological and political education in high school as the researchobject, and based on the selected A school as a typical case to analyze, using the questionnairesurvey method, interview method and literature analysis, the research this paper illustrates the.The specific point of view, this paper firstly from the research background, expounds the keyof this study and its significance, and found that the lack of previous research based onprevious research, this paper give some space. Secondly, from the angle of the theory, theimportant significance of related concepts of legal consciousness and legal consciousness ofmiddle school students set up are discussed. This paper finally from the selected A middleschool as a typical case, combining the results of a questionnaire survey analysis of theexisting school in cultivating students’ awareness of the law in question, and on improving the cultivation of students’ legal consciousness of the ideological and political education and putsforward corresponding suggestions, in order to enhance the level of Ideological and politicaleducation of middle school, to provide theoretical support to promote the high school legalsystem education etc.
