Pressure is a common phenomenon in the social psychology.It is not only a complex process,but also a comprehensive model.It includes the behavioral responses of individuals to respond to changes in the outside world and the psychological and physiological responses of individuals to respond to various environmental stimuli.Many studies have shown that although the appropriate levels of stress can stimulate the body to enhance the ability to respond to individual responses,but high pressure will cause individual physical and psychological imbalance,leading to individual emotional and behavioral disorders.Nowadays,the concept of people-oriented is becoming more and more popular,enterprises gradually realize that human capital plays an important role in the development of enterprises.At present,many employees because of the pressure and emotional control,and then jumping,suicide,etc.,this negative phenomenon has aroused the concern of the community,which makes the issue of employee stress has become the focus of research.The current research of employee stress problem is mainly on the basis of sociology,management and organization.As a result of the rapid development of corporate social work,researchers have begun to explore how to mitigate the pressure of employees from the perspective of corporate social work.But the enterprise from the perspective of social work and combined with the study of employee stress quantitative data analysis is still relatively small.Therefore,it has theoretical and practical significance from the perspective of social work.This study is divided into five chapters.The first chapter mainly introduces the background and significance of the research,emphasizing the social work involved in the problem of staff pressure has some theoretical and practical significance,On the basis of a large number of previous literature research,the author put forward the problem and clear the research method.The second chapter introduces the concept and theoretical basis of the research,and sums up the shortcomings of the current methods of staff to deal with the pressure,so as to lay the foundation for the development of this article.In the third chapter,the author takes part of the employees of A company as the research object,and uses the questionnaire survey method and the field research method to obtain a lot of data and information through prolonged observation contact,continuous interview and questionnaire survey.Through the classification and analysis of data,it summarizes the current situation of the pressure of A employees and the necessity and advantage of the social work involved in the pressure of employees.In thefourth chapter,the author based on the group social work theory,design team activities,the pressure of A company employees to intervene in order to effectively alleviate the staff pressure.From the results,the four groups have a good atmosphere,the team members in the process of activities can help each other,after the event,team members can change their awareness of stress,find their own social support system,ease the work pressure,improve the ability to work,and ultimately achieve the objectives of the group activities.In the fifth chapter,the author summarizes and thinks about this study,and thinks that the social work method can effectively solve the problem of the pressure of the employees in the enterprise,and further summarizes the shortcomings of this study and the idea of ??the future research.The results of the questionnaire show that the employees work under pressure mainly have the following several kinds of coping styles: stuffy in the heart,to their friends to talk,and entertainment,accounting for 11.7%,21.6%,34.1%,respectively.The staff in the face of stressful conditions prone to errors,inattention,poor sleep,decreased appetite and other symptoms,as well as 2% the employee will appear self-abuse or suicidal;Based on the analysis of the necessity of the work pressure and the work of the group,the author has carried on the group intervention to the work pressure of the employees of the A company,and through the establishment of the support group,the intelligence and ability of the group is used to help the group members understand their own pressure and find their own working pressure support system,so as to realize the goal of easing the work pressure.The work of the group emphasizes the equality between the team members and the workers and the respect for the team members,the emphasis on the team's own ability and potential to change themselves,advocate group members and groups in the pressure management initiative.The attention to group members can make the pressure more comprehensive and profound exposition,can stimulate the staff to respond to the enthusiasm and initiative of the pressure,can stimulate the team members and groups to change the potential,can be more effective pressure management.Finally,through the team work effectiveness assessment,for the bottom of the A company's staff pressure to carry out the group work practice,to ease and prevent excessive work pressure,improve staff's compressive capacity is of great significance,The work of the group involved in the work of the enterprise staff pressure has achieved remarkable results.
