With the change of the school "small class" teaching reform and the national family planning policy,education system is facing great pressure,around the school expanded and new,which in recent years new teachers groups continue to expand,under this premise,has good performance in all aspects of our hope to continue to join the teaching of new teachers can in the teaching work.The new teachers teaching skills and knowledge is closely related with the quality of teaching and learning of Chinese subject is students master the necessary language tools,communication and transmission of Chinese culture,enhance the key discipline of personal accomplishment,so the new recruits of middle school Chinese teachers population growth and development of particular concern.The preparation of a good class is the first step of the new Chinese language teachers to start the teaching work.It is the premise of the good course.This paper has conducted an extensive investigation and Research on the status of preparation of new recruits of middle school Chinese teachers,analyze the existing problems in the preparation work of the group,and based on the background of new curriculum standard,the characteristics of the Chinese subject,Chinese teaching theory,combined with the psychological characteristics of the new teachers in this group,preparation of new language teachers analyzed from the reality,combined with teaching and education theory puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problems,hoping to help the majority of new recruits of Chinese educators to improve the quality of language teaching.Based on the actual investigation,new recruits of middle school Chinese teachers we found that there are some problems we should pay attention to in the preparation of the work process,the following main points: new recruits middle school Chinese teachers attitude is not correct,the specific performance in the over reliance on the collective lesson preparation,cooperation,learning lessons in neglect;preparation of teaching materials is not comprehensive enough,specifically manifested in the lack of in-depth interpretation of teaching materials;teaching method for the preparation of class selection use is not flexible enough,causing the teaching effect is not ideal;teaching reflection work is not implemented,the specific performance is not serious in the teaching reflection,the lack of two lessons and so on.The cause of the problems are: new recruits middle school Chinese teachers have not enough understanding of the importance of preparation,the preparation work in the energy shortage;the lack of teaching experience,more concerned about the survival of early occupation,occupation pressure;school supervision and inspection system is not perfect,the evaluation system is single,too much attention to student achievement the whole school language group;emphasis on preparation is not enough,the lack of a good atmosphere.Based on the new entry of middle school Chinese teachers problems and puts forward countermeasures to solve the following aspects of the preparation work of the group: the old teachers on the new teacher mentoring and normalization and institutionalization of the group to examine the lessons,lessons for new recruits to further correct the attitude of middle school Chinese teachers,clear the importance of preparation and preparation of meaning;using text reading theory and in-depth interpretation of textbooks,reading the text,return to the "language flavor";combining learning by students' zone ofproximal development to choose lesson contents and methods of teaching,and make flexible use,rather than relying on the collective preparation;by way of deepening group discussion preparation of reflection.Finally,for new recruits of middle school Chinese teachers' growing concern and expectation,the author made a prospect on several other aspects related to the preparation,in order to help the new recruits of middle school Chinese teachers to improve personal qualities,improve teaching skills: individual teaching skills in preparation to improve the professional advantage;to enhance the awareness of self-development,improving the professional development ability;attention to form their own teaching style and personality development.It is hoped that all the new teachers can break through themselves in Chinese teaching and achieve their career ideals.
