Research On School Governance Of Bullying

In the period of deepening reform,Chinese economy grows in high speed.In the meanwhile,social transformation and economic prosperity change people's lives dramatically.During this term,new things appear continually along with potential issues such as bullying.From 2005 to 2015,school bullying reported by the media has been growing rapidly.In 2016,Ministry of education and other 8 ministries inform to eliminate School Bullying and make the campus safer that will ensure the Goal of an Well-off Society.This thesis describes the characteristics and reasons for school bullying.Then it analyzes the situation of school safety management from the perspective of intrinsic safety theory and stratified education's opinion in order to find out the problems of school governance.The reasons are given from the role of school,course offered,maintenance prevention and stuff.In the end,this thesis makes 6 suggestions such as management documents,security skills,safe education,security issue,multiparty cooperation and focus on bullying constantly.
