The core qualities of students have become a hot research topic in the field of basic education in China.After a series of supporting researches,China's core literacy expert group released the general framework of “Chinese students' development core qualities” with Chinese characteristics consistent with China's national conditions,and established six major sections for the development of students' core qualities in China: responsibility,scientific spirit,and health.Life,learning to learn,practice innovation,humanistic heritage,and the main purpose of the students' "all-round development".Learning to study as one of the six core qualities is the key to achieving lifelong learning and all-round development for students.The investigation of the status quo in which primary school students learn to learn core qualities can not only understand the current situation and problems of primary school students learning to learn core qualities,but also improve theoretical systems and practical research on the core qualities of Chinese students,and can also make practical contributions to the further development of China's basic education.It is particularly necessary for elementary school students to learn how to learn core literacy.In this study,the literature study method is used to sort out theories related to the pupils' learning to learn core literacy,and to determine the dimension of the questionnaire evaluation according to the relevant theoretical basis.The study of learning is set to be four levels: good learning,learning,information literacy,and diligence.Evaluation dimension.Set the secondary evaluation dimension of the music school as follows: learning motivation,learning will,desire for learning,learning attitude;setting the secondary evaluation dimension of good learning as: learning habits,learning strategies,learning norms;The evaluation dimensions are set to: forward-looking reflection,procedural reflection,and retrospective reflection;the second-level evaluation dimension of information literacy is set as: information awareness,information ability,and information ethics.Then,we conducted a questionnaire survey on the fifth grade primary school students in Chongqing City,mastered the current situation and existing problems of primary school students learning to learn core literacy,and then interviewed some parents and teachers according to the questions that were asked by the questionnaires,and finally found out the factors that affected the pupils to learn to learnFactors in the formation of literacy,and accordingly propose solutions.The results of the questionnaire indicate:1.The overall level of primary school students learning to learn core literacy is good.2.There are significant influences on the students' learning core qualities in the aspects of their parents' academic qualifications,their favorite subjects,their favorite teachers,whether their parents often accompany reading,and their regular tutoring.3.There is no significant difference in the formation of core qualities of primary school students in the teaching of gender and class teacher.4.Pupils have a certain degree of learning motivation,but they have poor learning initiative,negative learning attitude,and weak learning ability.5.The development of primary school pupils' academic ability is limited,and learning habits and learning strategies need to be improved.6.The level of elementary school students' information skills and information ethics is low.7.Prospective reflections and procedural reflections of pupils are not strong.
