Along with the advancement of elementary education reform,Effective teaching has gradually become an important research topic among researchers.Every teaching is inseparable from the important role of teachers.How can teachers play this role to better achieve the effectiveness of teaching?Based on this question,This paper is necessary to study the quality of effective teaching for primary and secondary school teachers.So far,most researchers focus on effective teaching of teachers.However,there is relatively little research on the effective teaching of teachers.This paper first describes the characteristics of effective teaching,measure of.Then through the interview and observation of the first-line teachers to understand the current situation and influence factors of effective teaching.The author finds that the effective teaching of teachers is not consistent with the effective teaching characteristics.The reason for this is the problem of teacher literacy.Then the author suggests that effective teaching should have a certain core quality.That is to study from three dimensions:awareness of efficiency,master the thick and thin in teaching,learn to evaluate teaching quality.At the same time,it puts forward the strategy of improving teachers' effective teaching quality from three aspects.The thesis is divided into four chapters,the main content is as follows:First,introduction,the main reason is the topic,research significance,literature review,research ideas and methods.Second,analysis on the reality of effective teaching of primary and secondary school teachers,the meaning of effective teaching connotation of teachers,the current situation of measuring standard and effective teaching of teachers.Third,rational analysis of effective teaching of primary and secondary school teachers.Mainly from attention to efficiency consciousness,master the thick and thin in teaching,learn to evaluate teaching quality.Fourth,to improve the quality of effective teaching for primary and secondary school teachers,emphasize theory and practice and drive,strengthen the relevance of guidance and training,look for effective ways to improve your quality.
