Prosocial behavior is more common in the process of individual socialization a behavior,as well as an important part of individual social development refers to all help him any social behavior,young children's prosocial behavior refers to the children's daily life,can take the initiative to help and comfort companion or others,take the initiative to share with others their own items or the method to solve the problem.In recent years,with the implementation of the "kindergarten education guidelines",the development of children's prosocial behavior has gradually become the research emphasis of children's social development.This study,from the perspective of the army of characteristics of children's prosocial behavior,the paper mainly discusses the prosocial behavior of five dimensions(cooperation,sharing,comfort,help,ethics),four situations(life,teaching,games,outdoor),and behavior characteristics of objects,to further reveal the basic characteristics of the army of children's prosocial behavior and influence factors,thus to put forward the education targeted Suggestions,cause family and kindergarten on dual attention to children's prosocial behavior of children's actual social development to provide certain reference and build positive good development environment,to promote the development of the children's physical and mental health have the assurance of a certain effect.This study mainly adopts the observation method and interview method to select all the children in the four major classes of Y kindergarten in anshan city as the research object,taking the life,teaching,games and outdoor scenes as the observation vehicle in the daily activities of the children,and systematically observing the characteristics of the pro-social behavior of the children in the large class,and analyzing the methods of quantitative description and qualitative research.Finally,the characteristics of the pro-social behavior of kindergarten children in Y kindergarten are obtained.The following conclusion:1.The characteristics of pro-social behaviors in large classes: the type distribution is unbalanced,the help is most frequent,and the public morality only happens occasionally;In different situations,the distribution is uneven,the game situation is more and more,the outdoor situation is less;Point to single object,rarely point to teacher;The subjects of the behavior had more experience of happy emotions and more happy emotional experiences.2.Influencing factors of the characteristics of pro-social behavior in large classes:The inherent factors: value judgment,self-actualization needs,gender,gender constancy know level of understanding,friendship,physiological development,need to achievement,cognitive development,moral cognition development,type of temperament.Kindergarten: the kindergarten concept,the park facilities,the park environment,the home cooperation.Teachers: gender expectations,education guidance,daily life arrangement,activity design,home cooperation.Family: parents' encouragement,parents' education,home cooperation.
