This paper studies the present situation of health education and permeation of health education in biology teaching from the following aspects by means of literature,questionnaire and interview.1.This paper defines health,health education and school health education,and analyzes the current situation of education in domestic and foreign schools.2.I conducted a education survey of 1238 students in 3 middle schools in Hanzhong.The 1,202 questionnaires recovered from the survey were recorded and statistically analyzed using Excel and SPSS 22.The analysis shows that the awareness rate of health knowledge among junior middle school students is low in Hanzhong,their health attitude is better and their health behavior needs to be improved.The analysis also shows that there are differences in health education such as school,grade,only child,family residence,parents' education.There are significant differences in health knowledge among school and grade.There are differences in school,grade,only child,family residence,parents 'education level,parents' occupation and study achievement in health attitude.There are differences in school,grade,only child,family place of residence,parents 'education level,parents' health attitude and health behavior.There was no difference in the gender of students in health education and in the three dimensions.3.Through interviews with 20 junior middle school biology teachers in Hanzhong area,we affirmed the importance and necessity of permeating health education in junior middle school biology teaching,but in actual teaching,teachers did not put health education into practice.From the interview conducted,most teachers do not make health education be one of the teaching goals in the teaching process.And also did not activity explore the material of health education.The teaching method of the teacher is single and does not pay attention to the teaching evaluation of education penetration.At the same time,the biggest difficulty and resistance of permeating health education in biology teaching is "examination-oriented education".Besides,there are the following difficulties: lack of skills of permeating health education,in-depth permeating health education,inaccuracy finding health education penetration point,inaccuracy of permeating time,lack of teachers 'own knowledge of health education,the biggest difficulty is lack of skills of permeating health education.4.Aiming at how to improve the health education of junior middle school students,this paper analyses the feasibility of permeating health education in junior middle school biology teaching,puts forward several teaching principles,excavates the entry point of permeating health education in junior middle school biology teaching materials,and gives suggestions to society,family,school and teachers.
