Since the 1990 s,the development of human society has been constantly influenced by the globalization of the economy,and the cultural,education,political and social fields have been taken seriously by different countries.International communication has become more and more frequent,and the pace of cultural renewal and transformation has been accelerated.The concept of multiculturalism has come into being,and the research craze has been started.Plus the world multi-polarization and economic globalization,cultural diversity,social informatization trend of The Times that multiculturalism ideology gradually accepted by different countries and nations,and quickly penetrate into every field of human production and living,especially in the field of education,a very important,people increasingly think of citizens of the world should have a basic cultural quality is the concept of multicultural education.The concept of education of multiculturalism was introduced to our country in the 1980 s.At present,the music teaching of multiculturalism has achieved certain results.Through the support of national policies,we can see that the education concept of multiculturalism has been deeply rooted in our country.Under the background of this article attempts from the multicultural elementary school music education implementation present situation and the questionnaire analysis,to illustrate the implementation of multicultural music education of the feasibility and inevitability,thus to cope with the inheritance of Chinese culture under the global consciousness to provide reference,at the same time,through the implementation of multicultural music at primary school education can the practice of research for the current primary school music education to provide reference and reference.Survey method,this paper USES the theory method,a combination of conversation,questionnaire,case studies and other scientific methods,in the full understanding of multicultural music education plays an important role in students development,on the basis of the practical investigation and collected a large number of data and data analysis,comprehensive,comparison and induction to offer guidance to the conclusion that the current primary school music education to provide reference and reference,at the same time appealed for attaches great importance to the inheritance and carry forward the problem of local culture.This paper is divided into three parts:Chapter one: preface.This chapter mainly summarizes the domestic and foreign research reviews of multiculturalism,and briefly expounds the definition and necessity of some related words,and provides the methods and ideas for this research.Chapter two: current situation of music classroom teaching in primary school.This chapter mainly discusses the implementation status of music classroom in primary school from the current teaching content and form of music in primary school,the implementation status of music education in the research school and the analysis of teachers' ideas.Chapter 3: study on music classroom teaching of primary schools in multicultural background.Based on the analysis of the results of the first two parts,Suggestions and curriculum design of how to maintain the continuity and inheritance of local culture in the context of multiculturalism are put forward.
