Study On Resilience Development Of Cancer Rehabilitation Patients

This study used qualitative research methods to conduct interviews with 10 patients with cancer rehabilitation in the Qixia District Cancer Society of Nanjing.Using the theory of resilience,this study summarized the risk factors and protective factors that existed in the "individual-environment" scenarios of cancer patients.And combing,summed up the basic structure of the resilience structure in four different phases,summed up the "period of the original period of a cancer-rehabilitation patient a reconstruction period."Longer term" development of resilience.Summing up the development of resilience in the "original period-drastic period-reconstruction period-growth period" of cancer rehabilitation patients,summarizing the stage characteristics and influencing factors of the development of cancer rehabilitation patients' resilience,and exploring the cancer of resilience development orientation.Rehabilitation social work service.This study believes that the development of the resilience of patients with cancer rehabilitation is in line with the development process of personal problem solving and demand satisfaction.It is specifically represented by the interaction and game between protection factors and risk factors in individuals and the environment.In terms of specific content,the internal and external risk factors of cancer rehabilitation patients include personal system cognitive bias,psychological imbalance,individual disability and environmental system stress,social exclusion,and social relationship breakdown;internal and external protective factors include individual positive individual systems Cognition,personality traits,self-efficacy,social resources of the environmental system,and social support.From the perspective of the interaction mechanism,based on the intermediary mechanism of the cognitive mechanism,the time mechanism,and the reconstruction mechanism,the individual response and the social interaction of the social workers constitute an important interactive logic of the"personal-environmental" system,and the risk of cancer rehabilitation patients.Based on the findings of the above research results,this study regards the development of the resilience of cancer patients as the basis of systematic service.Therefore,this study proposes the basic assumptions and implementation suggestions for the construction of a social work service framework and service system for cancer rehabilitation:that is,social workers take the resilience development orientation as the core service concept,based on the results of resilience assessment,and rely on case management service methods.Based on reduction of risk factors,discovery of protective factors,improvement of the triple service path of individual and environmental interactions,intervention in resilience,and development of diverse resilience-building services.There are some deficiencies in this study.The selection of research samples is one-sided.The homogeneity of the sample is high,and the native living environment of the interviewee needs to have a deeper understanding.In addition,there is a lack of quantitative overall understanding of the content of interviews,otherwise Can have a higher degree of credibility.These issues have yet to be resolved in further follow-up studies.
