With the continuous development of China's society,the aging status has gradually become a hot social discussion.The traditional home care and community care cannot meet the needs of the aging far,so the development of pension institutions is imperative.Covered in "much starker choices-and graver consequences-in" period,China will establish a more comprehensive,more equitable and sustainable endowment service pattern,promoting on the basis of family endowment and community endowment as the backing,institution endowment for added,the combination of medical raise pension service system.In addition,compared with the 12 th five-year plan period,China pays more attention to the development of old-age care services and enjoys a more harmonious and friendly social environment in the new development stage.However,the development of China's pension institutions is still at the primary stage,and there are problems in the supply of services,such as insufficient quality,unitary service and administrative color.The social work discipline with the core concept of "helping others and helping themselves" has brought the possibility and broad development space for the service of the pension institution.However,the method of social work intervention in institutional pension services at many levels is facing difficulties.On the one hand,social work in China's late development,localization,occupation process has not finished yet,social recognition is not high;on the other hand,remove the social work of their own development is slow,low degree of recognition factors,according to the actual work experience as the basis that the ethical dilemma produced social workers to provide services in the mechanism.Is the primary factor directly affects the quality of service pension social work intervention mechanism.Ethical dilemmas in social interaction in the intervention services in accordance with the different stakeholder groups can be divided into: the ethical dilemmas of social work and the service object of interaction;social workers and colleagues(workers)the ethical dilemma of interaction;social workers and institutions(decision makers)the ethical dilemma of interaction.In this paper the author in H apartment professional practice as a foundation,carefully combing the previous related research results,combined with the actual work experience,draw parallel to the social workers,institutions,because the ethical dilemma of service object among the three different roles between the values of the conflict,the professional identity of social work degree is low,and the fuzzy located in the organization of social workers in the social role of institutions in obtaining resources,workers lack of the five aspects of the professional values and training.;intensify research on social work professional ethics education,to enhance the social work professional ethics education mode is an important way to avoid the ethical dilemma in fundamentally.
