The establishment and cultivation of innovation ecosystem not only helps the enterprises to continue to enhance the competitiveness,is to enhance the overall competitiveness of the national and regional powerful thrusting and strategic objectives.Colleges and universities in the regional innovation system as the core of ecological organization,is the source of the original creation of knowledge and technology,and provide mechanisms for diversification of the knowledge transfer,how to make college Oriented Innovation Ecosystem in the perspective of regional development synergies and achieve sustainable development has become an important issue.The theory of niche position is of great importance to the understanding of the status and role of components in natural and social systems,and the understanding of the dynamics and mechanisms of system evolution and development.It is one of the most important basic theories of ecology.Based on this,combined with the situation of the theory of innovation,from the "state" and "potential" and "flow" in three aspects of the University and the development of regional innovation oriented universities,coupled coordination between innovation ecosystem evolution and diffusion of knowledge deconstruction research,and puts forward the countermeasures and corresponding development path accordingly.In typical leading innovation ecosystem: the National University Science Park as an example,the coupling relationship between the regional innovation and development of 31 provinces in China were measured("state",and evaluation)dynamic analysis and forecast of China's University Science Park's evolution("potential" analysis).According to the National University Science and Technology Park knowledge flow diffusion(flow prediction).Draw the following conclusions: 1)differences in the development of National University Science Park in China is large,and the overall level is low,and according to the numerical size of coupling coordination by the provinces and cities for the coordinated development and recession in two categories;2)coordinated development and imbalanced recession development difference of National University science and technology park greatly and if the present rate of growth and development of the situation,the difference will be gradually expanded,the lower the degree of realization of co evolution;3)National University Science and Technology Park in China is greater than the imitation coefficient coefficient of innovation ability of original innovation,still need to be improved,but with slightly and innovation strategy of building an innovation oriented country,NationalUniversity Science and Technology Park in China in the incubated enterprise income will continue to grow,continue to strengthen the capacity of innovation.The thesis is divided into seven parts.The first part is the introduction.This part mainly introduces the research background and significance of the paper,summarizes the research on the innovation ecosystem,and studies the contents,objectives,methods and technical paths,so as to lay the foundation for the related research of the innovation ecosystem.The second part is related to the theoretical basis and concept definition.This paper systematically expounds the related theories and concepts of the leading innovation ecosystem in universities and colleges.This paper mainly introduces the characteristics and structure of innovative ecosystem,including its connotation and characteristics,structure and function,dynamic operation mechanism and life cycle,and then analyzes the role of Regional Innovation Ecosystem in universities.In addition,in the definition of related concepts,the similarities and differences are summarized through the concept definition of innovation ecosystem and the comparative study of dominant Innovation Ecosystem in typical universities in China.The third part is the "state" assessment of the evolution of the leading innovation ecosystem in Colleges and universities,that is,the research of the evolution background.Through the measurement and analysis of the coupling and coordination degree between China's National University Science Park and the regional innovation and development,we get the quality level and distribution of the innovation environment of the leading innovation ecosystem in the whole university.In order to provide support and reference for the construction of the external environment of the leading innovation ecosystem in China's colleges and universities.The fourth part is the "potential" analysis of the evolution of the leading innovation ecosystem in Colleges and universities,that is,the dynamic simulation and prediction of the evolution.Through the demonstration of the development evolution of China and national level university science and technology park two level Lotka-Volterra model analysis,on the basis of the previous chapter,the relationship between the change of active population evolution of innovation ecosystem in the competition and game theory,system evolution path selection and resource allocation to provide countermeasures and suggestions.The fifth part is the "flow" prediction for the evolution of the leading innovation ecosystem in Colleges and universities,that is,the evolution of the evolution of the results of the diffusion of analysis.An important feature of the benign operation of regional innovation ecology is that its innovative knowledge can be effectively spread,and the flow of knowledge flow and information flow can be effectively flowing.The BASS model is used to make an empirical calculation on the status of knowledgediffusion in China's National University Science Park,and to predict its future innovation and development.The sixth part is the optimization path and policy analysis of the leading innovation ecosystem in Colleges and universities.In the first three chapters,we analyze the contents,analyze the ecological environment,population evolution and innovation diffusion of the dominant Innovation Ecosystem in Chinese universities,summarize the influencing factors in their sustainable development,and give some suggestions for their healthy development.On the basis of the previous research,the future development path of the leading innovation ecosystem in China's colleges and universities is planned.The seventh part makes a summary and Prospect of the research.After summarizing the main conclusions of the thesis,some suggestions are put forward for the leading innovation ecosystem in the future,and the limitations of the research are put forward at the end.
